Review summary
The cruise itself was great but did not follow through with what was promised. I spent months trying to contact an agent through phone and email. Many voicemails and emails had no returns. On board credit did not exists as promised. Paid Gratuits we’re not paid. I had to pay twice for them. Next will be cash rebate. I will assume that it will also be a problem. Cruise Next credits were not applied properly. Transfers did not exist nor was I not provided an allowance. On and on needless to say but I am done with and Cruise Next and I will discourage anyone from this misinformation and lack of communication.Embarkation
