nice first cruise. staff was helpful. rooms were clean. plenty to do - or not do.

We loved the freestyle cruise because we could go and eat wherever, whenever, dressed in just about anything we wanted. The food was amazing, the ship felt new and up to date and the service was wonderful.

I would have to say that we had a wonderful experience on the boat. Both kids, one 9 and one 14 really loved the kids club and the teen club. My husband and I loved hanging out by the pool and enjoying romantic dinners with just the two of us!

The ship is older. I would not recommend it if you expect a clean stateroom. Knowing this I would not go on Spirit again.

Crew was very fun and helpful. They made an effort to really know you and your family. Cabin was always clean---along w/all other areas on the ship. I wish there had been a better place for my kids and I to swim on the 'at sea' days. Food was excellent. All in all, a great vacation!

It was a great experience. The ship is well maintained. The staff very professional.

Very nice and clean overall.

The ship was wonderful. Our cabin was clean and the cabin service was outstanding. The teens loved the animals made out of their beach towels each night. The food was unbelievable, always gourmet, always the right temperature, & the wait staff was superb. But most of all - the entertainment each night was beyond belief. The Duo Volgyi, 2nd City actors, the Broadway singers & dancers, the magic. Most of all, the Elements Show was extraordinary!!!

One pool is not enough for that many people. The kids' pool was not even a pool. Prices were a lot higher on this cruise that any other. Cabins were okay. The view with the curtains open was great...unfortunately, it also meant that we would be looking at the rusted trim all around the window. The only reason to really travel on this ship is Melroy, from Garden restaurant, and the ports of call.

Smallest ship I been and still rocking. But easy to get around without feeling you had to walk forever to anywhere.

Clean ship, good venues, good food, good entertainment

The ship was very beautiful and elegant.

Too much pushing to make reservations for "pay" restaurants. The food in the "free" restaurants was great. There was no reason to "pay" for additional meals. The shows were very nice, and we enjoyed them very much. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The ship really pushes "Diamond International" and other jewelry stores at the shore shopping areas.

The overall cruise was good. I was disappointed with Belize and Cozumel; but Roatan and Costa Maya were great! I enjoyed the interaction with the staff and found them very friendly. I felt a little nickeled and dimed at the end of the cruise as they are trying to get money out of you at every turn (at least it seems).

The food was great. Raffles is a darn good buffet but they have wonderful meals in Windows as well. The specialty RSTRTS were fabulous. The entertainment was wonderful. Costa Maya is well "in the works" Just hang out at the pool inside the gates. You can buy trinquits in cozumel a lot cheaper. Snorkling sucked because of wind. It made it way to shoppy. Judging by the terain wind is common in Costa Maya. Belize I took a water taxi to Caye Cualker. The fresh made juice and the laid back life style is great. go swim at the "split" cost is $10 US each way and only buy one way that way you can change taxi companies and go back at the time you want. The people at the port gate a little overwelming for the occasional tourist. Book with the ship if doing a junket. Roatan well" take in the west end, relax at west bay, play golf it is fabulous. Cozumel has wi fi and just about anything american you want. Felt like I was in the US. The Norwegian spirit Crew goes out of there way to make sure you enjoy your trip. Aldults with children ..... be respectful to others.

The ship was very beautiful and clean. However, I was extremely disappointed in the fact that there was not a family pool. The ship had two small pools for nearly three thousand people which resulted in over populated pools. The kid pool was very nice but small. The kid pool was not available to parents that wanted to swim and play with their children. The "adult only pool" was not an option for swiming due to the massive number of people packed into a small pool.

I loved the layout. Easy fo find everything.

It's an older ship, but it was kept very clean and maintained very well. We enjoyed the itenerary and the relaxed atomoshere of the freestyle dining. Staff was very friendly! I think the food could have been alot better but with it being buffet style and everyone eating at different times the quality was understandable! Overall we had a great time and would recommend this cruise!
