Not what I was expecting from a cruise. This was my first cruise and I will never go on this boat again. They workers on the ship were not very friendly. It was very boring campared to what I heard was done on other ships.

I'm a first time cruiser but the ship pasted all my expectations. They always had something to do for every age group. Good selection of entrees.

We recently sailed on the NCL, and all I can say is "don't do it!". if you like to eat in the restaurants you have to pay extra for that, We really like Royal Caribbean's style, service, and innovative ships, and NCL Enchantment did disappoint us. I didn't recived me baby bad and life-belt until 9:00pm and I have to call three time for that.

The Norwegian Sky was veryery clean. There was pleanty of dining choices and activities.

It was simply alright. It was very relaxing - almost too relaxing. Dinner took too long and we wasted a lot of time there and missed most of the shows. Because it was freestyle, it was hard to coordinate, dinner times, with kids play time with show times. If it was set then we wouldn't have to worry. There was no entertainment during dinner which was disappointing

I was very disappointed, I was sold by Cruises Only that this is a newly refurbished ship and it still looked old and smelled like sewage and mold everywhere. The service was not top notch and we had to get our bathroom cleaned again after seeing our room, the room didn't smell fresh, dingy shower curtain and this was our honeymoon! trash on the decks, never going on NCL again. This was my first time on NCL, I have been on Carnival and RC and will stick to those two. I am disappointed in Cruises Only because they didn't mention anywhere in our notes that this was a honeymoon! Also, we had to reschedule our wedding and honeymoon because my mother in law passed away suddenly and Cruises Only did not waive my penalties and I lost $500! You would think they would try hard to find me a nice rebooking for two months later so I trusted they were selling me on a nice ship, they lead me astray because this cruise was not that great.

We sailed on the Norwegian Sky for the first time and it was not one of the best cruises. Overall, the food was the worst part. It was very difficult to get a good selection of food, especially for a 6 yr old. We are used to a pizza place open 24 hrs and the nitetime "buffet" left alot to be desired. The Freestyle Dining option is nice, however in the dining room we sat by ourselves so we didn't get the opportunity to meet other people. There was a good selection of music all over the ship. The kids programs are not offered during the day without a charge, so plan activities to keep your kids entertained. Overall, the ship was nice and it is ok for a quick weekend away.

I did not enjoy this cruise at all. The cruise crew were not friendly at all and I felt baffled by this on several occasions. Before I left, I filed a formal complaint about 2 separate incidences related to customer service. Despite the ship being beautiful, the layout was not well thought out and it was hard to navigate throughout the ship.

This was my first cruise and I took my 19 yr old daughter and her friend. It was so much fun that we are all going thru fun withdrawal. There was always something to do and the best part was I could let the girls go and have fun and not worry. The ship's crew were always polite and very accomadating. I'd go again in a heart beat and we are already looking forward to our next one. When she was littel we always went to Disney, now it is the high seas!

The ship was beautiful inside and out. Everything was clean and orderly. I never saw trash lying around anywhere and everything was so colorful that you couldn't help but feel happy. The rooms were comfortable - we slept well every night.

Very good. New and clean

I have been on 6 cruises but never on NCL. It was different than the rest. I truly had a relaxing time. Most cruises are so full of activity that you don't find time enough to rest.

Since the cruise was 4 nights long, it was easy to enjoy the activities, freedom of free sailing. The entire ship was excellent, crew and staff were helpful and polite. My teenager and young adult enjoyed themselves. The best day was on the private island. The snorling and BBQ was fun. The entertainment that evening was fun and the adult quest was great. If you have young children their programs were in capable hands and the fun rooms kept the kids busy.

THIS WAS MY 1ST CRUISE ON NCL. MY 2 PRIOR WERE ON ROYAL. I LIKED THE CASUAL DRESS CODE ON NCL, BUT THE NICER DINING WAS ALL AT ADDL CHARGES. THE SERVICE WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO ROYAL. IT TOOK US 3 HOURS TO EAT IN THE STEAKHOUSE AFTER WE SAT DOWN. ALSO, WE TRIED TO SCHEDULE OUR DINNER MEAL AROUND THE PRIMARY SHOW OF THE EVENING, BUT THE 2 SHOWS THAT WERE SCHEDULED WHEN WE MADE OUR RESERVATION WERE CHANGED TO 1 SHOW AND WE MISSED IT DUE TO THE 3 HOURS IT TOOK TO GET OUR FOOD IN THE STEAKHOUSE. THE LACK OF VARIETY IN ENTERTAINMENT IN THE VARIOUS LOUNGES WILL SEND ME BACK TO ROYAL FOR ALL MY FUTURE CRUISES. THE SUITES ON NCL WERE MUCH SMALLER ON NCL AS COMPARED TO ROYAL.

I loved the ability to eat whenever I wanted and the staff was cordial most of the time. Our room staff was amazing and provided us with everything we asked for. I also loved dinners at the Palace restaurant. However, the beds were really hard which made restful sleeping impossible and we had a bad experience at breakfast on three days out of the four.

We had a very good time. It is relaxing not having to be on a schedule unless you wanted to be on one. The crew was accomodating. The Cruise Director was the hit of the whole cruise. He made sure everyone was laughing and having a great time. Dining was a nice experience in the main dining rooms. The buffet was ok and good in a pinch. Pool area was very nice. Overall - a positive experience.

We started on the ship the first day at 2pm, I had adjoining cabins and they did not open the door to the second one until 10pm after calling them 5 times. The toilets broke down on the entire ship approximately 4-5 hrs one evening. The anchor was stuck for a few hours while leaving their private island and we unable to leave. I will stick to Carnival and Royal from now on.

This is a great ship for the family. It was much more casual than formal. Most of the meals allowed for shorts to be worn. Our 11 yr old loved the child camp, and looked forward to when it started each day. Our 16 year old made several friends quickly and was able to safely roam the ship. The meals were good, and the upcharge for the nicer eateries is worth the price. The only congestion was at the buffet, the rest of the time, we were always able to find as much excitment or as much quiet as we wanted.
