We enjoyed our cruise and look forward to another in the future.

We will cruise Norwegian again, we like the Cruise Line, but never the Norwegian Sky. We made the best of the ship, but really enjoyed the time we spent with the Repetto’s

Was looking for a quit cruise and is what I got. End of May was very hot and humid. Beaches were outstanding. Food and service on the Sky was Awesome. Shows were Poor. Over All I got what I paid for. Room was very clean.

Ncl needs to improve on food quality. Food choices needs to be greater, and upgraded

Our two daughters are both graduating from college this year so we treated them to this cruise. We weren’t sure how they would like it (there are actually people who don’t like cruises). They had a blast. From the bands, to the food to the sun deck and pool,the casino,the entertainment and the bars. The Mojito bar was a particular hit with the girls. The private island was also a hit with all of us.

The Norwegian Sky is a small ship and you feel it. There was not enough staff and way too many passengers. Every place felt crowded. We had a good time but it definitely was not our favorite, and we'll never go on Sky again. Not a big fan of the layout. Not enough to do. Food was blah at best. Drinks were hit or miss IF you could get one. Staff was friendly. Shows were good. Loved Key West!

The cruise was great. Food was a bit average. Not a lot of flavor and mostly a bunch of cheap carbs. Long waits at the bars for drinks. My travel agent, Chasitie Ayers, #39008, was at best, careless; at worst, a thief. I was told as a part of my ‘free at sea’ package, I would receive $100 OBC and because I was Silver Latitude and it was our 40th anniversary, she could give me an additional $100, giving us $200 OBC. We even discussed what we could use the $200 for on the ship. When I tried to use the credit while on the ship, I was told I had zero credit. I then reviewed my email from Chasitie and saw that she had entered the $100 credit and then entered the second $100 as a negative number, canceling out the first $100 OBC. I initially thought this was a data entry error and thought it could easily be corrected. I tried multiple ways to reach out to Chasitie or someone at Delta Cruises and received no help and never a reply from Chasitie to explain or correct this error. I used emails, voicemails, and spoke directly to at least 3 agents and they said they could do nothing. I then felt I had been tricked and that Chasitie entered this on purpose or she would have reached out to me. My family loves cruising and usually will take at least 1 cruise each year. Please know that I will not be using Delta Cruises to book any cruise in the future as I feel that your agent was dishonest and the company was not interested in correcting her mistake. In fact, I am considering canceling my Delta American Express card that I have had since 1993 due to this deception.

This was truly a disappointing and very lackluster cruise. I wouldn't exactly say that I'm a master cruiser, but I've been on a few and all on different cruise lines. I had heard good things about Norwegian and was excited for this one. It turned out to be the worst cruise I've been on thus far.

First time cruiser, this itinerary was great as we got to explore many Caribbean islands in one trip. We had a good experience, just know that the ships do ‘rock’ when the seas are wavy.

It was a blast! Everything was well organized and squeaky clean.

This cruise was not up to the usual NCL standards. Even though they say the boat is refurbished, it is still an old boat with not many restaurants and amenities. The lack of activities and mediocre entertainment did not make up for this. The itinerary and staff were the only good thing. Everything else was either mediocre or as bad as the smell in our cabin.

Overall this is the worst experience we had in a cruise, honestly. First, the title "Repositioning" had confused many guests we spoke with onboard, including ourselves. This should be shown as "One-Way" or some more alerts that this cruis is NOT returning to Port of Miami. This is a huge inconvenience and again lot of guests were extremely frustrated and dissapointed. The feedback we got was that the Cruise Line did it on purpose to confuse guests and sell this package at "lower cost" which ends up been more expensive for lot of people like us that needed to return to Miami as always before. The other worst experience was with the bad dirty-water smell in certain recreative areas, looks like the bathrooms couldn't be cleaned at some points and just collapsed, this is horrible. We were thinking in trying another boat from NCL but experience definitely left us with a really bad taste. All our comments are honest, constructive, and can be verified. Most public toilets ran out of toilet paper and hand soap during the day. No football coverage on Sunday. The wi fi did not work for 85% of the cruise. No Key West stop. The smoking in the casino was so bad, I did not gamble. Bottled water should be included in all inclusive package.

There were a lot of great things such as the outstanding food and drinks, and friendly staff. Then there were some not so good things like a broken WIFI so no one could connect for the entire trip. It would not even let guests text each other on the ship, because their NCL app didn't work either. We had a very sick father at home with no way to speak with the doctor for 2 days until we got to Mexico. They also would not show the big NFL playoff games that everyone wanted to watch. The ships that passed us had it on their jumbo screens. Not sure why the private Island Port was cancelled, however it also added an extra cost in the Bahamas for activities, and transportation.

The ship is old not up to the normal quality of NCL, few amenities shows were good but repetitive drinks were good food was average at best. There were 10 of us so we had a good time despite, so decent value for the money would not book on a older ship again rather pay more for more for newer ship with more amenities.

Everything was very good and relaxing.

The cruise was good. We love sailing on NCL. Will be careful in the future on ship selection. It is very noticeable the changes made on NCL as far as the quality of food, and the cabin cleaning.

A good cruise, but you must entertain yourself. The Sky is showing heavy signs of aging, and is very small in all aspects.

My husband and I loved this 10 night cruise and enjoyed all the ports and time on the ship. No regrets on the longer cruise or older ship.
