The rooms were very small and didn't expect that after cruising other lines for years. This was first time on Norwegian and we enjoyed it. Weather prevented us from getting to PEI.

Older ship and poor food did not help the experience but this part of the country is beautiful and should be experienced.

Great opportunity to relax and be well-taken care of. Would have liked one more sea day to take in the travel through the St. Laurence River,

We enjoyed the itinerary but needed more time in most ports. However, if this had been our first NCL cruise, we would not cruise NCL again. The Sky is too outdated and needs to be retired. We paid for the unlimited drink package but found no value, as the bars were closed more than they were open. The Entertainment was very disappointing from our previous NCL cruise experiences. The stateroom was not worth the money. We were trying to enjoy the Observation Lounge each afternoon upon our return from port but several times we were asked to leave for a private event. And the ceiling in the Observation Lounge was leaking on one side, so they had to close it off a couple of times and ask us to relocate. The Garden Cafe selection was disappointing and the hours were too limiting, especially considering most guests returned from port around 4pm or 5pm looking for a snack. The Outdoor Garden Cafe was open but it was always the same thing: hot dogs, burgers and really gross sandwiches. Not much selection at all and most of it not edible. The Outdoor Cafe and Local bars weren't open until 6pm and most of the time even then they did not open on time. Most disappointing experience we have had on NCL.

We used NCL Air arrangements. All went well until the day before departure, when NCL moved our return from YQB-EWR-FLL to YQB-YUL-FLL. We had upgraded seats on original schedule, change to new airline and route caused loss of upgrades, but United kept telling us to check into the original flights. Working with United to get refund on upgraded original schedule. Trouble checking in with PAL and connection to AC in Quebec, Montreal didn't accept boarding passes issued in YQB, finally was able to download AC tickets to wallet which AC accepted in Montreal. 3 gate changes and delays in Montreal.

My wife was served half-a-grapefruit in one of the restaurants with a large moldy spot. No one even noticed until it was brought to their attention. Very poor quality control. I wrote a complain, but never got a reply.

Very clean ship. Was very relaxing cruise. Wait staff was excellent. Real hot in August. Smoking allow in Casino. Buffet was a little boring . Over all very nice trip wonderful beaches at all the ports. Shopping on ship was limit

I was extremely sick with a Gastrointestinal Bug that I believe was already on the ship when we boarded I was sick for 3 days and didn't eat for 5 days. The Dr and Nurse alluded to the fact that there were many sick on this cruise and the prior. I had to have an IV and Medication by IV. This Boat should be dry docked and never used again. should not sell cruises for this particular ship. I would like an email for Norwegian as I would like to send them an email.

Overall the ship is nice but very small in comparison to other ships. The Adult entertainment can be upgraded.

This cruise was a great escape from Miami for a few days. I went with friends and we just wanted to get out of the city for the weekend, and this cruise was perfect. Nassau is Nassau - the port looks much better today than it was ten years ago. It's beautiful but hot and not much to do on the island. You're far better off doing a snorkeling or jet skiing trip if you want to get off the ship. Great Stirrup Cay was awesome as always - beautiful water and solid service. The ship is a nice experience, but its age is really beginning to show. Bathrooms with curtains are becoming uncommon on new ships as is the general floorplan of this ship. The staff were excellent as always. Our favorite experience onboard was dinner at Cagney's Steakhouse.

I enjoyed myself however I felt like the cruiseline has declined in food quality and entertainment.

Our cruise was excellent and we enjoyed every minute of it. We look forward to doing it again!!!

I loved the ship, cruise went smooth and it was an excellent choice of Ports. The food, activities, and entertainment was great.

We will cruise Norwegian again, we like the Cruise Line, but never the Norwegian Sky. We made the best of the ship, but really enjoyed the time we spent with the Repetto’s

Was looking for a quit cruise and is what I got. End of May was very hot and humid. Beaches were outstanding. Food and service on the Sky was Awesome. Shows were Poor. Over All I got what I paid for. Room was very clean.

Ncl needs to improve on food quality. Food choices needs to be greater, and upgraded

Our two daughters are both graduating from college this year so we treated them to this cruise. We weren’t sure how they would like it (there are actually people who don’t like cruises). They had a blast. From the bands, to the food to the sun deck and pool,the casino,the entertainment and the bars. The Mojito bar was a particular hit with the girls. The private island was also a hit with all of us.

The Norwegian Sky is a small ship and you feel it. There was not enough staff and way too many passengers. Every place felt crowded. We had a good time but it definitely was not our favorite, and we'll never go on Sky again. Not a big fan of the layout. Not enough to do. Food was blah at best. Drinks were hit or miss IF you could get one. Staff was friendly. Shows were good. Loved Key West!

The cruise was great. Food was a bit average. Not a lot of flavor and mostly a bunch of cheap carbs. Long waits at the bars for drinks. My travel agent, Chasitie Ayers, #39008, was at best, careless; at worst, a thief. I was told as a part of my ‘free at sea’ package, I would receive $100 OBC and because I was Silver Latitude and it was our 40th anniversary, she could give me an additional $100, giving us $200 OBC. We even discussed what we could use the $200 for on the ship. When I tried to use the credit while on the ship, I was told I had zero credit. I then reviewed my email from Chasitie and saw that she had entered the $100 credit and then entered the second $100 as a negative number, canceling out the first $100 OBC. I initially thought this was a data entry error and thought it could easily be corrected. I tried multiple ways to reach out to Chasitie or someone at Delta Cruises and received no help and never a reply from Chasitie to explain or correct this error. I used emails, voicemails, and spoke directly to at least 3 agents and they said they could do nothing. I then felt I had been tricked and that Chasitie entered this on purpose or she would have reached out to me. My family loves cruising and usually will take at least 1 cruise each year. Please know that I will not be using Delta Cruises to book any cruise in the future as I feel that your agent was dishonest and the company was not interested in correcting her mistake. In fact, I am considering canceling my Delta American Express card that I have had since 1993 due to this deception.
