I had a good time however the food at the buffet was under average. The staff was friendly the ship was clean. The value was not there compared to other cruises I have taken. Having cruised Norwegian in the past I was disappointed .

I don't think food quality has dropped, but the selections are fewer whether MDR or buffet. I was on the Sky and had no issues with food, but noticed at the specialty restaurants that there are fewer choices on menu and they combined starters and appetizers as one option instead of both.

I agree on all cruise lines avoid the buffet. OK for snacks but not meals.
