This was a horrible cruise. We were required to find last minute flight to get to Rome, Italy since we have post cruise planned. however, due to the ship had mechanical problems, passengers were forced to find a solution to get off the ship in Barcelona, Spain instead of Rome, Italy. NCL promised to cover $300 airfare reimbursement, but each ticket cost over $400 per person. I think the airfare should have been reimbursed at 100%. In addition, we were not able to utilize the ultimate beverage package since we were stuck in Barcelona, Spain for three days, in which it should be refunded at least 30%. Passengers kept getting bad announcements daily, in which it spoiled our vacation.

The internet service was horrible The food & entertainment options & quality were poor The excursion experience was horrible Communication to customer is slow Service desk help is unfriendly cleaning crew is excellent

Although things did not work out the way it started, overall I feel they did what was best to be safe. I do appreciate that safety was number one and I commend the staff and crew that had to deal with a lot of disappointed and not so pleasant travellers..

We love NCL, we refuse to travel with any other liner, the free style cruising is perfect for us

Great cruise on a good ship with great staff and great service. Ran out of some beverages too soon. Ship excursions outrageously priced. Food was good but not great.

The itinerary was a great introduction to the UK and Norwegian Fjords. So beautiful. 12 ports in 14 days is very busy, but worth it. The Pearl has a great layout. We love the Spinnaker Lounge for viewing the scenery and a quiet place to read and relax during the day. The food was good with plenty of choices.

The itinerary for this cruise was awesome !! We saw and experienced so many places in a short 14 days... NCL needs to put a better ship on this routing. The Pearl is just not a ship I would ever sail again EVER... Managment/customer service do not seem to care one bit about complaints about The Pearl... Too bad ! Also will NEVER book another tour thru NCL.. again, wrote about the issues we had and they just do not care !!

This was a great cruise with an exceptional itinerary. Although NCL could not control the weather, I am sure they would like to take credit for 13 days of "beyond exceptional" weahter with temps in the upper 50s, 60s to low 70s each day and blue skies, with only 1 day of rain that happened to be on a sea day, so no big deal. There were some hurdles and issues we had to deal with such as a noisy AC/Heat unit that made it tough to sleep for the first 4 nights until NCL finally replaced the inside accuator. 4 days of having to deal with high alert sanitize issues, a crowded buffet in the morning, very warm temps inside the communal spaces of the ship (Spinnaker, most restaurants, lounges, etc.) that fell on deaf ears when we asked if they could lower the temps to a more comfortable level. All in all, these minimal issues do not, at all, override what was a fantastic 14-day cruise!

We are platinum on Princess, Celebrity etc and without changes/improvements would not sail with you again. Please call me if you require more feedback.Having to request special treatment to disembark early was foolish on your part. As a pediatrician, I understand the risk of Noravirus on a ship. If an officer had come to the waiting room where 2,000 passengers sat fro four hours in the heat and explained the safety needs, everyone would have understood and accepted the delay. As it was, it seemed like incompetence.

Service (with notable exceptions) was some of the worst I've experienced on any cruise or most hotels. Many people were sick, including my husband and myself, although the medical staff were good and came to the cabin.

THIS NCL SHIP PROVIDED THE LOWEST QUALITY FOOD AND SERVICE IN MAIN DINING ROOMS AND BUFFET. STAFF WERE UNIFORMED AND INFLEXILE (THEY NEVER COMPENSATED FOR POOR WEATHER CONDITIONS). SHIP'S LOUNGES ARE UNCOMFORTABLE. MUSIC AT PUBLIC AREA LIKE POOL WAS INAPPROPIATE FOR AGE OF PASSENGERS.

The experience is very good. They way the staff treated is very good.

The Norweagian staff in fine dining made this trip one of the most awful traveling experiences of my life. I was completely humiliated in front of my family and hundreds of people while on vacation due to the dress code that was not posted in Indigo. I was allowed in with what I had on and my attire was not addressed at the door which would have altered my dining choices. The other fine dinning places have the dress code listed at the check in station. Indigo does not. I am disabled and I was forced to leave after sitting down and ordering my food. I just had surgery and I wear a hat to hide my scars until it heals and I was told to remove my hat or change my hat. I the hostess should not have let me in the dining area if what I had on was a problem. With my injured back, I had to get up and walk back to my room just to get another hat. I've never felt so low in my life. I will not sail with this company again. The hostess was so rude and ignorant. The disorganization of this cruise line clearing customs in Orlando took the fun out of the vacation and put my family and other passengers in a dangerous situation and a very bad mood. This process of clearing customs just to re-enter the USA has to change for the sake of the passengers.

Worst experience ever will never do Ncl ever again

The ship was great. But the ports of call was not the best.

Easy small ship to navigate Food was excellent in Carney’s and teppanyaki Thermal spa amenities made the cruise very relaxing and extremely enjoyable

We enjoyed our cruise a lot and had a great time together. NCL did not strike us as something special. The Freestyle dining is convenient, but does not let you develop a relationship with the waiters or bar tenders. Plus, no dressed up people which is one of the reasons I go on a cruise. We did see people in tuxedos sitting next to denim shorts.... hm.

Cruise was good and looking to book another on Norwegian

Overall, we love Norwegian and the Pearl has always been our favorite. It was a great time with our college classmates from 53 years ago. Very relaxing and most enjoyable.
