Waitress spilled water in my lap at la cucina my wife ordered of menu in summer palace they didn’t put what was supposed to be on hamburger on it and did it to couple at next table also

This seems like it could be another fake review just to get comments. If not, it sounds like cruising is not for the original poster since they don’t seem to be happy with anything with their cruise.

Was this on an Alaskan itinerary? We did NCL pearl to Alaska and had terrible service that week and food that wasn’t good (the seafood often tasted rancid). Our room steward flat out said this was her last tour before retiring and that she was throwing in the towel. She only cleaned our room 1 time during our 7 days onboard despite us being out of the room for most of the days. I felt as though we were nickeled and dimed the entire time - we did not experience that on carnival, RC, or celebrity.
