Disappointing experience overall. We have been on NCL on several previous cruises but were disappointed in both our back to back cruises. We will probably not be booking any future cruises with NCL.

Did not go to specialty restaurants. The food in the buffet and dining room was not very creative, lacked flavor and proper seasoning and overall was of poor quality.

Difficult to enjoy or participate in any activities as the hundreds of unruly kids took everything over.

The shows were standard cruise ship quality. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Our room steward was good, pleasant and professional. The staff overall did not appear to be happy or satisfied with their positions.
Ship Quality

The design is somewhat difficult to navigate and seemed to cause confusion with many guests. The common areas were not particularly clean as the many kids on board were very messy and causing disruption in common areas.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was clean and had lots of storage capabilities. It was comfortable but somewhat small.
No excursion but did visit Kennnedy Soace Center on our own at half the price of snow excursion. Very close to the port and well worth the visit. Would highly recommend doing on your own.
No excursion just walked around the town as this was our first visit here. Very walkable, lots of tourist shops, ship docks right in town. Easy access.
We were on a back to back cruise and the disembarkation could have been handled much better. The ships staff does not seem to communicate well and gives differing information. They need to get it together.
The Pearl is our favorite ship. We had no issues like yours. I do think the time of year was a big factor. We try to cruise when most kids are in school. I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience.
