The itinerary for this cruise was awesome !! We saw and experienced so many places in a short 14 days... NCL needs to put a better ship on this routing. The Pearl is just not a ship I would ever sail again EVER... Managment/customer service do not seem to care one bit about complaints about The Pearl... Too bad ! Also will NEVER book another tour thru NCL.. again, wrote about the issues we had and they just do not care !!

Only the Le Bistro was good...otherwise, the main dining rooms food was not eatable.. specialty restuarants were terrible and for a couple of days, the buffet was decent and then went downhill... think about a cruise where you lose weight !! Resorted to room service, but you can only eat so many Caesar salads with salmon... Butler brought snacks which were spoiled chocolate covered strawberries... told him not to bring again... then he brought peanut butter/jelly sandwiches... are you kidding me ?? Thank goodness for the wonderful ports we stopped in.. there we were able to eat wonderful food so we weren't starving for 14 days !! Just terrible !

Patricia was such a joke... the couple of stage shows were decent, but not professional... entertainment was severely lacking, but that was ok since enjoyed the casino.

Oh where to start.... the staff was very rude and could have cared less that you were on the ship.. hardly anyone spoke or understood English... we attempted to address several of our concerns with front desk, cabin supervisor, tour desk … found unauthorized charges on bill on several occasions... act of god to take care of this at front desk... reservation desk was no help with anything... tour desk was rude and argumentative … cabin supervisor couldn't understand anything I was saying regard sanitation... our room steward used one and I say it again... one cloth... to wipe down toilet, sinks, counter tops, etc.... furniture was never dusted and floors were never vac'd… balcony was never cleaned... flowers looked like they were from previous cruise and dead.. the waiters were all trying so hard and those folks we give kudos to... especially Glenn in Le Bistro.. otherwise all of the ship personnel we came into contact with were not friendly, helpful or customer service oriented..

OMG... this ship is dirty, nasty, old, dingy ! They had a viral issue on the cruise before ours and were supposed to do a deep clean... my suite was dusty, glass door to toilet had handprints all over.. we took our bacterial wipes and cleaned the entire suite... since our steward was worthless ! One bucket in the buffet which every busser took a rag out of and wiped down every table... folks, that's one bucket for every table after someone left table ! One bucket and one cloth to wiped down every hand rail on each level of stairs on the ship... one bucket! OMG ! Public bathrooms were always in disarray... never looked or smelled clean. This ship is a disaster waiting to happen !
Now you want to talk about wonderful.... Bergen is it !! the village is awesome... the fish market is amazing... had the best meal there !! The Viking village is fun... beer garden great ! What a wonderful day !!!
Now if you want to know what the color Norwegian Blue looks like.... well, that's the color of the sky here !!! So beautiful... we took the bus up the mountain and they had just cleared the snow for the roadway... on sides was about 20 ft high! Such beautiful sights !!!
Again... the sights were breathtaking.... seeing the fjords and waterfalls... just incredible ! Met so many wonderful people in these Norwegian ports/towns/villages !! What wonderful pics and memories.
Went into Paris.... spent a lovely afternoon... enjoyed some bread & cheeses at a perfect little spot on side street... avoided the thieves waiting at the bus drop... thought the guide could have warned us as a young lady had 200 euros stolen and they were all around like flies... all in all, it was a wonderful day !
NCL tours really screwed us over on this one !!! Got us into London too late to see/do anything... we had tours booked which we missed... dropped us at Hyde Park with only 2 hours there... a frightening and harrowing bus drive back to ship... just terrible
Nothing to do in Burges so went to Blankenship... rude, miserable people there.... definitely not interested in visiting Belgium again.... Chocolates are totally amazing though !
Very unorganized and chaotic... but of course, everything from embarkation... all the tours and pretty much everything about the ship was in that state... we didn't have a single tour that left on time or that you were given proper directions to or for...
