I had a great time… the only downside is that i traveled for my bday ( 3/30) and had plans for Costa Maya… because I wasn’t able to get off the ship ( for safety reasons). I asked for some sort of compensation or dinner credit and received nothing. Sad!

Great ship... great venues , fast wifi... Air-condition in two of our cabin was poor and you can't get a diet pepsi on disembarkation day

Unfortunately the great weather was overshadowed by the cancellations on the cruise. When initially booking, we were supposed to visit 7 ports. We were down to 6 ports on the day we sailed. And only 4 ports total by the end of the cruise. Many of the shows were also canceled at the last minute so the nighttime activities were limited.

Overall we had a great cruise. There was a lot of variety of activities that kept us all happy and entertained.

We had a wonderful time and were so glad to be back to cruising. We felt comfortable with the Norwegian's efforts to minimize risk of covid outbreaks including testing, vaccination mandates and additional cleaning. We wore our masks while in common spaces and even felt safer. See you next time.

First and probably last time on Norwegian. Heard it was nice. Way overpriced for what you get.

I heard a lot of complaints about the long distance passengers had to walk from the ship to land in 2 of the 4 ports. NCL should have provided shuttle service as other ships did for their guests.

Loved the fact that there were more staff than guests! This will never happen again soon!

I loved the ship and the die Isley dining areas. The tepanaki grill was amazing the chefs sing and they do a great Job with the entertainment.

Much needed break from reality. Could have been more enjoyable if more heat/sun on the sea days. But glad to have the break before COVID19 put a pause on the industry.

This was a great memorable trip for my husband and I (grandparents), our 3 grown daughters, one son-in-law, and 2 grand babies, 3&6. A cruise is a perfect place to have different ages so everyone can do their own thing. Everyone had a good time.

Our cruise was one of the last ships to leave before all cruises were canceled. Lots of washy washy and necessary safety precautions. The Joy was a mixed bag. Some parts of the trip were enjoyable, while other parts were disappointing (which is to be expected). Overall, I did not fall in “love” with NCL or the Joy.

Despite being locked in or out of our room twice for hours with door issues and toilet stoppage once, Joy is a nice ship. NCL completely failed with travel (last minute flight change) and transportation to & from ship (paid for a lift van for wheelchair which never happened either direction), NCL port and airport personnel clueless!

Fantastic journey- lifetime experience. 16 days on board did not seem long- lol Enjoyed 2 days at sea time Didn’t like when ports were day after day after day. Didn’t like short days in port- don’t understand that! Good ship, great crew, coast to coast with passage was GREAT- experience. Absolutely wonderful journey.

Many positives about the cruise, but disembarkation process detracted from the trip. Not a good way to end.

Cruise was great, Joy was beautiful, staff fantastic, but embarkation and transportation to airport was horrible. I'll try to avoid Miami port in my planning.

I’m sure I wouldn’t return to this ship. They two bit you to death. Wifi sucks and uses up too much time trying to get on and very expensive to be wasting time trying to get on. Inadequate smoking area, very blah meals, lots of screw ups with meals in dining room. Just not worth the money we paid for this vacation we will try another Cruiseline next time

We had a rough cruise for the first two nights. Could not sit on the balcony without being blown over board due to the wind. Chairs were sliding back and forth all night. The rest of the cruise was great except for Colon, Panama. The fear of getting robbed stopped us from going into town. We stayed on the pier and the local shops. Would not suggest going back there.

Great cruise. I would definitely recommend this itinerary. The ship crew was fantastic and the evening entertainment was excellent. Embarkation process was a disaster, but disembarkation was flawless. I thought the food was great, though my parents said they've had better on previous cruises. I love that the length of the ship could be crossed on most floors, but the Poolside ship design was odd. Deck 8 Waterfront was my favorite place to go relax on the ship. Ship activities were a bit disappointing, but the go-karting was fun.
