Overall it was a very good experience. We love Norwegian cruise line and only cruise with Norwegian because of the service, cleanliness, food, and entertainment and other things as well. Can't wait for the next one

Enjoyed the cruise, relaxing and we had great weather.

Overall, my experience was very good. However, the desserts were very strange food was not as expected to be my experience on celebrity was actually better, and my epic disappointment with finding chunks of broken glass from a plate on my dinner, and the overwhelming nervousness and stress of wondering if I consumed anything that would cut me up from the inside and I just feel it was not addressed properly

Overall it was nice to get away. Would not do this cruise in the summer Maybe the spring The Joy is a beautiful very large ship with lots of activities

Overall I had a relaxing cruise. Did everything I wanted to and just chilled out. Joy not my favorite ship but they all can’t be. Bermuda is the best island to visit. People are genuinely friendly and they love visitors. Island is clean and beautiful! A bit pricey here but literally everything has to be shipped in. Swizzle Inn is one of hubby’s favorite places so we go every time we are here, so much the owner actually remembers us and comes over for a chat. Lol. Just like home.

A revamped ship that includes fun paid venues for teens and tranquil areas such as the Waterfront and Observation Lounges for those looking to slow down a bit. Enough options to customize the experience for the vacation you desire whether it’s packed full of activities (such as Go-Carts, Laser Tag, VR Arcade, Pools, Hot-Tubs, Water slides, Mini Golf, Casino, Nightclubs, Theatres a decent variety of Bars and Restaurants, etc.) or relaxing out on deck or a vacation that lies somewhere in-between!

Bermuda is definitely worth the trip. Get out and explore the islands. Don’t just go to St. George’s which is where the NCL free ferry takes you. Spend the money on the public transportation passes and go see St. David’s Clearwater!

I have never been one ship that vibrated so much. It was so bad that it kept you up at night.

We were so happy to be able to cruise again. We had a wonderful time and love NCL because it’s such a relaxing time. The Joy is my favorite of the Breakaway class.

Enjoyed it. Bermuda is well worth it. Visit Frog and Onion. Tobacco Bay.

Don’t have a negative thing to say. It was a great family vacation. Well deserved after the pandemic lockdowns!

We ultimately had a great time! Felt good to be back cruising. Wouldn’t do NY to Bermuda again. Just not my cup of tea. Love multiple ports.

Check in was a complete disaster but once you got onboard everything was beyond amazing!

You can tell they are struggling with staff in some areas. These people are working extra hard to make everyone happy. Staying in the Haven was wonderful. I highly recommend it.
