Embarkation

Absolutely frustrating. We made it to the terminal at our chosen time of 1030. We received our cards and paperwork by 1100. That was perfect. We waited in the terminal for our number of group 23 to be called. At that time the numbers were in the high teens and seemed to be moving along smoothly …well that all changed it stopped at 21 and then nothing. It was at least 45 minutes when they announced some difficulty. At that point the terminal was filled with awaiting passengers waiting to board and no place to sit.. the announcements kept coming just stating technical difficulty. People then formed a line waiting to get on board….there were not enough boarding cards and the boarding cards were either not given or recycled and those with low numbers were allowed to board even though they just received the cards. How unfair. Also the representatives just informed passengers to get in line. Extremely frustrating. Finally after2 1/2 hours the representative’s began to call numbers in order and announce the real situation. That all should be a situation that needs to be worked on. It was a frustrating start to vacation
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
2 out of 5
Food was not as good as usual. Quality was not there all the time. My husband was served cold French fries, bitter coffee and food that just was not the standard of NCL. I had chicken with pesto that had just a splash of pesto. Not great. We did eat at Manhattan room which is better..Teppanyaki is always excellent. Cagney’s excellent. Le bistro— did not enjoy. Food was dry
Buffet has great choices but always crowded. The Local is decent
What was very sad is the ship ran out of Chardonnay on day 3. Really! Bars and bartenders always on top of their game

Ship tip
Beautiful new ship experience the Observation deck area. Enjoy the racetrack and slides
Bermuda is beautiful. Enjoy the beaches and everything the island has to offer. Minivans take you to horseshoe bay beach for 7$ pp per ride. Walk all the way down so private and beautiful
