Had a great time! Can’t wait to go on my next trip.

Overall, I would book another cruise with Norwegian but would research the stops before booking. The ship itself and the entertainment and things to do were excellent. It was a very good experience.

The cruise was nice and even though it rained for the first three days there was plenty to do. Very few guests onboard which made it really relaxing. Plenty of staff and Danny at Spice H2O was terrific

I am a Saphire NCL cruiser and I was very disappointed in various aspects. The theatre especially. No live band! too small for a full ship. Internet was slow. The shows were not up to par. The comedy club lacked humor. No lobster dinner at the main dining room. The food was fair at best. I would NOT go back on the Joy.

This was my first cruise and I really enjoyed it. The food and staff were exceptional. I would like to do another cruise at some point once COVID restrictions are over and masks are no longer needed. I did hate wearing masks but I understand why it was necessary.

From start to finish very consistent and very spoiled booked in Haven with a Butler.

It was nice being on a ship and not having to wait for anything. Th ports of call could be better. Roatan was great, but would have preferred to actually go ashore in Belize to the actual country.

We were very nervous about not being able to go on the cruise due to Covid but it ended up working out. We even got an upgrade with a low bid to the Haven. We had a great time, the food was great, the capacity was under 50% so we had plenty of space. Would cruise again

Many basics of a cruise were mishandled by this crew. For example, they had a nice handout with a map of the ship and a list of embarkation activities and hours of operation for the various bars, etc.; however, it was not handed out until the next day, making it, except for the ship map, useless.

Ncl tried very hard to be as safe as the could but people still refused to wear masks even when hey had agreed to wearing them before embarking. Stayed away from most of the big events because of the idiots. All, in all, it was a fantastic holiday cruise with good food and a lot of the celebrations simulcast into the suite. Butler and room steward were among the best I have ever had.

Somewhere in the all the travel documents, I read that we were supposed to get a free ride into town in the ports of call. Didn't happen. The open bar was a nice feature, but the free internet was very difficult to log on. Additionally, in the Atrium where almost all of the guest business was transacted, the music or Game Announcers were so loud, we had to shout at the officer behind the desk to be heard. Why was everything so loud?

Everything was great except the raffles. Effy advertise winning a Damond necklace and I never got it. Instead they gave me a cheap chain. Invicta watch raffle winner got an Armani Exchange watch. The art auction this time around only had expensive art in the auction and the raffle prices were lanyards, lol.

After cruising on all of the major cruise lines and taking a few years off from it, we are ready to book our next one! The JOY is an excellent ship. Only thing we would change is more time away.

The ship is beautiful, staff friendly and service excellent.

Because the ship was only at 50% capacity, the ship wasn't crowded at all. No long lines. We were able to find deck chairs and have fun

Overall we had a great time - but prefer smaller ships

Overall we had a really good time with a few issues here and there. Nothing too major. Just wish communication was better. Beautiful scenery, good food, and relaxation makes for a really good trip, which is what we received.
