Review summary

Many basics of a cruise were mishandled by this crew. For example, they had a nice handout with a map of the ship and a list of embarkation activities and hours of operation for the various bars, etc.; however, it was not handed out until the next day, making it, except for the ship map, useless.

The performers, for the most part, were good. Just not enough of them around the ship, so some places would be without music.

Service and Staff

Room steward was great. Most bartenders and wait staff were as well. Exception was wait staff in Food Republic, which only had to serve, since you ordered from a device, and yet managed to bungle the service anyway.

Cleaning was ongoing and verything looked fine.

There was a foldout couch, which we used, but its location made it difficult to go onto the balcony when it was deployed. The balcony was room and we used it when we could.
