Wrong time of year to visit Bermuda. Wait until May at least. Bermuda permits were unusual but fairly easy to get after you pay $40 and get tested for covid. Didn't receive permit until night before the cruise when we were already in NY. Made us nervous because what if they denied or did not respond, but it worked out OK. 1st thing NCL asked at the pier for was the Bermuda permit and test results so you must get both. Cruise line was fine. Will book NCL again but will check deck plans closely before booking.

Scheduled entertainment was cancelled with no explanation. Getting on and off was a disaster. Not enough staff. Charged extra for more tests to enter Bermuda. Up all night with furniture banging around the floor above, got no assist. Always book the Haven and always very happy with NCL....UNTIL THIS ONE! SAD

Overall, trip was good. Temps were a little cool, and the water in Bermuda was still pretty cold, but there were a handful of people who did swim. We love the beach and the beautiful turquoise water and pristine sand. Crew were fantastic, and seemed happy to be cruising again.

we enjoyed our cruise a lot and norweigan has always lived up to my expectations.great job!! and we will be using norweigan many more times.we book through bj's travel and chris festerman is the best to book with and he always gets us the perfect room on the ships.

I know it wasn’t Norwegian’s fault but all my excursions were canceled and so I didn’t have a great time. The 2 ones I did go on were not worth the price.

Seriously questioning whether or not I want to take Norwegian again.

I was very glad to be back to cruising and the crew seemed to be also. It was very relaxing. As always, there are places to go to be quiet or places to be in the middle of the fray.

Ok but not spectacular. Need more ports where activities are within walking distance. Roatan has small shopping area,Costa Maya doest let you use their lounge chairs if you don't order drink even if you purchase stuff at stores. Harvest Caye is spectacular and line should do overnight stay there or go twice during cruise. Activities after 11pm for those of us that are older are nonexistent

The cruise was great fun. There were plenty of activities on board and lots of places to explore. We enjoyed the game shows in the strium and the shows in the theater. The dining was exceptional. The crew on the Joy were wonderful and very attentive.

We loved it and can't wait to cruise on NCL again!

I wouldn't miss this cruise! By Cozumel we were pretty worn out. The last full day at sea was nice and relaxing by the pool. One tip for laying by the pool. Grab your towels the night before and be there to put your towels on a lounger no later than 5:30-6 am. Otherwise you will not get a lounger. Go back after breakfast or lunch. No one bothered the towels.

This was an amazing cruise. The staff was excellent, always friendly and helpful. The dining room food could use some more variety and some more regular places to eat. The shows and activities were great for our family!

Very enjoyable and relaxing. It is what you make it. Second cruise with Norwegian and still impressed with the experience. Norwegian provides a terrific cruise experience,

I guess with NCL the days of all inclusive sailing is over, we spent over $1K in addition to the initial cost, and really did not do much on the ship. Basic things like water, internet service, games all come with a steep upcharge. Be careful what you are getting into.

Staff was great and there was so many options of things to do I feel like I have to go again just to do all of the things I didn't get a chance to do.

Dissatisfied with Buffett being mostly cold food. Entertainment was good and plentiful. Bartenders were on the top of their game. I think the ship holds 3400 we had 3000 and one pool was ridiculous. The casino was large and nicely spread out.

Fabulous cruise, specialty dining at Le Bistro and Teppanyaki was wonderful! We were part of a private group and had the best time, even when our port stop was cancelled, Georgia and team moved Heaven and earth to recreate an amazing replacement venue on the ship👏

We got scammed out of $260 in Roatan, our boat broke down in Harvest Caye, the Bacalar blue lagoon was a rained out bust and we didn’t port in Cozumel. Not to mention the Parrothead group on our ship that booked the only bar with a smoking area and we couldn’t be served from that bar while they were there. We had to go down a deck and walk to the pool bar to be served. It was the worst vacation I’ve ever had.

I would cruise before April because of the heat and humidity. Maybe a singles get together would have been nice. Otherwise staff, cleanliness, food, and entertainment, was excellent.
