Review summary

we enjoyed our cruise a lot and norweigan has always lived up to my expectations.great job!! and we will be using norweigan many more times.we book through bj's travel and chris festerman is the best to book with and he always gets us the perfect room on the ships.

everything was very clean and the people were very nice and the food was excellent!!!

mainly used bars and lounges and also played in the casino.

the shows were great!!!

all personnel were excellent and we really loved our room cleaner i can't remember his name but our room number was 12220 so make sure you give him extra credit for being awesome!!!

They usually will give you a survey after you get home. That's where you have to mention the good service you got. I also think they have cards you can fill out while onboard. I usually take a picture of their name tag lol.
