Review summary
Joy staff amazing Joy Haven rooms very nice Joy Haven hallways very tight as were room doorways Last of all the haven restaurant was off, the service was ok but not great like it normally is, maybe due to only 2200 sailing and the timing being off. Food came out very fast but , water, beverages including coffee always seemed to come as the meal was being served, again not a deal breaker. Husband normally is a big casino person but didn't want to go on the scooter as he knew he could not do the hallways. Just an honest review NCL is still my favorite line just not this ship. Cruise was our first in two years and it was fabulous. NCL is an amazing line to travel withEmbarkation

Hallways in Haven were extremely narrow as were door ways. Have sailed on the Bliss several times and never had a problem getting scooter in door or down hallway. Scooter had to be changed to the smaller narrow model to even go thru the door. Each time we attempted to go out of the room the Butler and Room steward (who were amazing) had to clear the hallway of all carts so that he could pass. Again the same class on the Bliss this didn't happen. the rest of the ship was nice, spotless, employees happy. What would be nice would a bar to be in the observation room like it is on the 15th floor, made it easier than walking past the pool each time someone wanted a glass of wine. This was not a deal breaker and the walk was fine. But the hallways were hard to deal with if you are handicapped.
