Review summary

We got scammed out of $260 in Roatan, our boat broke down in Harvest Caye, the Bacalar blue lagoon was a rained out bust and we didn’t port in Cozumel. Not to mention the Parrothead group on our ship that booked the only bar with a smoking area and we couldn’t be served from that bar while they were there. We had to go down a deck and walk to the pool bar to be served. It was the worst vacation I’ve ever had.

Our glass bottom boat broke down in the middle of the ocean and we had to be transported to Palencia and a rescue boat sent for us. Our entire day was taken up by this. It was only supposed to be a 1-1/2 excursion

The Mayan ruins were beautiful but the Bacalar resort was not what I thought I booked and it rained from the moment we got there. On our way back up the hill to the buss water was raging over our ankles and an elderly woman fell and broke her wrist.

Cozumel, Mexico Did not visit port

We did not port in Cozumel because of a propulsion issue so we missed this port all together. It was terrible.

Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations. I really dislike it when a large group takes over parts of the ship. It’s happened to us a few times.

Sorry, group interrupted your time. Weather impacted and machinery failed. 2 of 3 were out of control os the ship. Oops 😬.
