We had a great experience, however we feel like we were taking advantage, we had to re-do our internet package and the wifi was not great. We didn’t get reimbursement $300 that was a promotion when we booked the cruise with . Our travel agent was not professional, she never answered her phone. A huge disappointment with . If we ever decide to go on another cruise I’ll definitely book it directly with the cruise line.

The ship had a lot less passengers than a normal cruise.This was good in many ways but at times felt a little like a ghost ship. The staff were great, friendly courteous and eager to please. Constant cleaning and sanitizing going on felt very safe. Didn't like having to wear a mask but only a minor inconvenience. Great ports, great weather,great time. Hopefully my luggage will be found in time for my next cruise

Trip of a lifetime in a poor excuse for a cruise ship, and a poor excuse for a mini suite. Excursion staff are a joke

If you haven't been to SE Asia, this is a great introduction. Each port is SO different and worth visiting.

Overall great cruise, great ship, wonderful personnel delicious food and great entertainment. Only complaint that NCL in Miami who make schedule of Ports neef to understanding Fridaus are Sundays in Muslim countries!

Overall, this cruise gets a grade of C- from me. I have been on other Norwegian cruises which were much better. The staff seemed new and inexperienced. The left hand did not seem to know what the right hand is doing. I would not recommend it.

Overall, the cruise was worthwhile. We got to visit a lot of places in a short period of time. Our excursions were good for the most part. Ibrahim, was our guide in Turkey for Ephesus, etc. He was great and very knowledgeable. As I mentioned previously, behavior of some of the passengers pre excursion needs be addressed. Having people push and shove does not make for a pleasant experience and it is not how I want o spend a vacation. NCL really needs to manage this area better. If not, they will loose other customers. I commend the executive chief and the all the other food prep staff for the quality and presentation of the food on this cruise! Great job.

WE got pretty much what we expected from Norwegian. Booked them because of the itinerary.

It appears that Norwegian now expects passengers to pay for the specialty restaurants in order to get the upgraded meals. Gone are the days when you could expect a lobster dinner at the main dining restaurants.

Great trip! The Haven was wonderful! Absolutely loved Bruno our concierge!!

Would recommend this itinerary and ship to those wanting to visit Italy and Greece.

The itinerary was amazing. This is the reason we chose this ship and Norwegian. We had a fantastic cruise. The staff was helpful, friendly and happy. We would cruise again with Norwegian.

From the beginning to the end NCL crew met every need we had. It was an enjoyable cruise and we will definitely visit some of these places again!

I wish we had more time to take more than one excursion in a day, but that wasn't possible.

Overall, we really enjoyed the ship and the ports of call.

Destinations were very good. Accommodations on the ship were good. Food on the ship was ok. I have had better, more tasty food than the food in the main dining room.

Great itinerary only wish the food was a bit better and ship more updated or use of a newer ship. Still worth the trip.
