Review summary

We had a great experience, however we feel like we were taking advantage, we had to re-do our internet package and the wifi was not great. We didn’t get reimbursement $300 that was a promotion when we booked the cruise with . Our travel agent was not professional, she never answered her phone. A huge disappointment with . If we ever decide to go on another cruise I’ll definitely book it directly with the cruise line.

Thanks for sharing your experience. It definitely sounds like you need a new travel agent or you can book direct with cruiseline. Hope you try cruising again. There are many different ships and cruiselines to sail with.

Thanks for the review. We always use a TA and wouldn't think of doimg anything different. Maybe try a different TA.

If there's a strict schedule for everything, how we're you not able to do much? Were activities scheduled at strange times during the day or for limited hours?
