Review summary

The itinerary was amazing. This is the reason we chose this ship and Norwegian. We had a fantastic cruise. The staff was helpful, friendly and happy. We would cruise again with Norwegian.

The cabin was poorly designed. There was almost no room to get dressed (hair and makeup). We are very small people and we couldn't stand at the closet and open the bathroom door at the same time. I would have to move out of the way if I was drying my hair for my husband to get to the closet or the bathroom.

Ship tip

Don't think that the drink package is free. It's not.

There was no information in advance that there would be no taxis available. We had to ask how to get out of the port. We weren't instructed to get on shuttles. The staff that drove the free shuttles to the end of the port just stood around and didn't assist anyone. They couldn't speak English! It was a total mess. No one knew what was going on. This information needs to be clearly stated on the daily information sheet describing exactly what we need to expect when we disembark.
