NCL changed our 12 night cruise to 10 nights but gave us proper credits and still able to to France and Belgium. They did good on this , otherwise, this could be my last cruise with NCL. Customer service line is very long everyday. Average waiting time was 30 minutes to one hour. Excursion staff and some other staff on ship looked tired and unhappy/unfriendly. Food was average . Buffet court was the worst. Other cruise lines offers better menu. Shuttle bus tickets to Burges ran out within an hour after the ship docked . We have to take a taxi to Burges. Going through immigration on ship was long line but picking luggage were easy . Getting a taxi to central London also was a long line . It took me about 45 minutes waiting time. Getaway, Breakaway, Escape are same style of ship.

The only my complaint is that from 12 night transatlantic cruise NCL cut it last minute to 10 nights skipping Azores and Portland. Otherwise, the cruise was excellent! I love it!

It was just a cruise. it went from New York to London England.

NCL decided to dry dock early, canceling half of our ports and shortening the cruise to 10 days instead of 12, a week before sailing on Easter weekend. They had absolutely no regard for their passengers and the ship was filthy making a lot of passengers sick to the point that the CDC has been notified. Absolutely appalled by NCLs lack of customer service.

Done with ncl no more cursing with ncl. They are is organized.

Had a very nice and relaxing vacation. The stage show was exciting to watch.

I've been on many cruses,4of them to the Bahamas, Crusing is all about the ship,the food and entertainment.The ports are secondary.Food was very good on the ship but expected at least one night with a special menu like lobster[which I can't eat-allergic] or fillet mingon

Overcrowded, took hours to get off boat on a tender, finally gave up. Broken Treadmills Towel service couldn't keep up. Kids allowed to run wild on boat. Not enough pool chairs for the amount of customers.

We were very conflicted about our experience. The staff felt like they were being held against their will. I don’t recall having a positive staff interaction. The shows were absolutely amazing. The food was on par with cruise food. Salty but tasty. The buffet seemed to only fill a third or half of the trays. This caused some waiting for more food.

We like the smaller ships better for easier accessibility to shows and eating. Hate that we have to pay for soda. I don’t understand who would drink so much soda, that a $66.00 charge per person is warranted. We had a family of 7, not buying for everyone. But I see still love NCL for their freestyle dining.

It wouldn't have been the same kind of cruise without splurging for the Haven. That just added another layer of comfort and stress free vacationing. We enjoyed the food, the ambiance, and amenities. It was great just to enjoy being on the ship without worrying about anything.

Worst experience ever on NCL, no towel animals, rude staff, overcrowded and late to ports.

I Gave You full information about my trip someone open my luggage and stole my medication that's the start had to go to the emergency room and pay $600 the pool was very small compared to the number of passengers and if there should be more activities for number of people my May complain is the layout of the cruise and if there is someone who could look up the video who stole my medicine

We had a great time on this cruise and enjoyed everything it had to offer. Our time in Bermuda was short due to the rain but the boat and all of its amenities made up for that. We we definitely be booking with Norwegian again.

I had the best time ever. Cant wait to do it again.

In general, I was not pleased with this cruise. The server for the computer system was down a full day and very slow throughout. Food was not nearly up to any par, shops did not have anything worth buying, etc.

Had a wonderful relaxing time and look forward to next cruse

I was very satisfied with NCL. I will never use again...I would suggest you do the same!

the ship have amazing animators, great crew and good customer service! the musicians are fantastic as well as the bartenders!

Music was great but had to enjoy in small bars with wooden chair seating. Less specialty dining areas and more comfortable lounges
