Don’t suppose this is a genuine review from that trip given it didn’t follow the course described, and certainly didn’t have the service to merit the positive marking attributed.... (We were on the trip, it went from NYC to Le Havre, Zeebrugge, and Southampton... It was supposed to go to the Azores and Portland (UK) too but didn’t as the cruise was shortened... Never been on a ship previously where the line to complain to Customer Service was so long that it went out of sight practically everyday...
