Review summary

The only my complaint is that from 12 night transatlantic cruise NCL cut it last minute to 10 nights skipping Azores and Portland. Otherwise, the cruise was excellent! I love it!

This was my first cruise, therefore, I cannot compare it to other cruise lines. But the staff was friendly and helpful; the food is good, especially in specialty restaurants; they had plenty of activities. Some people complained about long lines at custom check point at Southampton, but if you need to disembark 4,000 people, of course there will be lines. Last year when I flew back to USA from another country, I had much worse experience at JFK airport.

I'm also glad to read your review. Some people were extremely negative. I can understand they are upset that the cruise was cut short but they couldn't find anything positive in the entire criuse. I hope after the dry dock the Getaway comes back even better for all of us to enjoy.

I'm glad to read that you had a great time, i have read some People had a horrible experience, om the same trip. Thanks, because i'am a little afraid when i read that kind of problems and i have to sail witin 12 days.
