We were on this cruise too... Without question the most shambolic of our 20 or so NCL cruises.... It doesn’t surprise me in the slightest that many will turn their backs on NCL after that crossing notwithstanding the fact that we are all apparently going to receive a 25% refund and a 25% credit towards a future booking... NCL should have cancelled the trip altogether rather than making into a shortened confused affair where they couldn’t make their minds up which ports to cancel and ended up going to ports where the ship wasn’t even expected... Whoever was behind the NCL planning needs firing....

Everyone has their own opinion. Obviously you probably should use another cruise line. If you're not satisfied with NCL, find one you d like.
