Very disappointed from beginning to end. It was apparent that the cruise lacked luster and excitement. Overall boring cruise.

Not too timely. Never received boarding group # so had to be inconvenienced and a later boarding group card . Upon entering ship no one was there to guide passengers on where to go. Very confusing.

Not all bars had Tangueray gin. Out of stock for two days of cruise. Food bland tasting and little variation added to menu. Pretty much the same food in Taste, Savor and Tropicana restaurants.

Same activities in Antrim every day of cruise. Boring.
Entertainment

Fabulous Millionaire Quartet show. Mentalist was fair and Burn the Floor loud and music pretty much the same. Dueling pianos was great.

For most part service was good. Bar staff great. Dining very good. Rarely saw room steward and missed the towel animals on bed each night.
Ship Quality

Ships layout was ok but design needs a significant upgrade. Looks old and outdated. Ship was clean and maintained nicely.
Cabin / Stateroom

Room was roomy enough but balcony a bit narrow. Struggled moving balcony chairs and chairs not roomy or comfortable. A little table between the chairs barely held two glasses.
Terrible excursion. Spent a total of 3 hrs on a bus getting to tour site and returning to ship. Absolutely rediculous. Tour was very difficult for handicapped.
