We got attacked by the bed bugs the FIRST night! I woke up at 2am after feeling bites and turned the light on to find the bed bugs crawling in my pillows and wall! I got approximately 17 bites that first night. This was an ongoing issue throughout the entire trip, the fear and trauma was real and fighting with customer service and crew for assistance was a struggle everyday. At the end they were very apologetic but it ruined cruising for me. Horrible traumatizing experience.

Wow I’m going on the getaway 1/2/24 out of nyc. All you can do is search the bed and couch the first day.

Oh NO!! That’s just awful! So sorry you went thru that ordeal. That’s just horrible anywhere, but I can’t even wrap my head around having to deal w/ that on a cruise! I hope NCL is listening & they’ve taken immediate action. Otherwise, that whole ship is in serious trouble & just as matter of time until it spreads everywhere. 😳😱😬. THANK YOU for sharing!
