This was our third cruise this year. We were very excited about our first trip to Europe. The ports were AMAZING!! Every stop was a new adventure. The only bummer was that we had to go back to the ship. They did a very poor job of making the trip enjoyable with poor customer service and an overall poor offering of restaurants and activities.
Embarkation
3 out of 5
Organized and quick
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
2 out of 5
Restaurants closed early and service was sub par
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
Shows were not worth seeing and the seating arrangements just led to frustration. The pool was fine. Activities were correlated to a older crowd.
Entertainment
2 out of 5
Not to the caliber that a cruise line should have...this was on the budget. No comedian! That was a disappointment.
Service and Staff

First, our room steward was great! He was the about the only one that was helpful and friendly. When we would ask questions like..where is the bar or how late is this restaurant open..we were met with "I don't know", or "you will need to ask someone else" and then they would walk off.
Ship Quality
2 out of 5
This ship felt like being on a ship. There is very few open areas and the design is very old fashion. I was hard to learn the layout. The ship was clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

Size was fine and the shower was fantastic! No drawers was a bummer as it was hard to put stuff away.
Whoever was responsible for guest getting back on the ship should be fired! We should never have to wait in a que for an hour to get back on. If they are unaware of the where all the guests are and when they are getting back, they need a new system. Very poor planning!
What type of cabin were you in that there were no drawers there's plenty of drawers in the cabin and some kind of way unless you have more than two people and there's also cabinet that we had that had shelves on it and you also have shelves in the
The main dining room closes at 9:00 which really gives enough people to eat before that and also there's Issues and which of course it is 24 hours but it's not like eating in the main dining room we just get a certain type of menu. But there's definitely enough time to eat in that main dining room which we did. People make up excuses half the time and people can't find the time to eat then they have to look for another way also the buffet closes at a certain time people have to make time to go eat.
When we were on the get away in March the customer service was very nice. I don't know why people say customer service is rude and as far as your cabin steward not answering you where the bars are just go to customer service or look at the freestyle daily and you could find out it's very easy. Please don't blame the cabin Steward for not knowing.
Well this has over 4,000 passengers so you're going to wait to get back on from port. So yeah, an hour sounds about right. I think it's funny when people say "they should be fired!" just because they have to wait.
