Great cruise. Everyone was awesome. Service was great with a smile. Will do it again

Overall our cruise experience was delightful! We had an excellent time. The few disappointments stood out, but didn't ruin the overall experience. Though I would like more clarity to the double charge for one of the specialty restaurants soon.

could not get credit for the free cruise we won on the last sailing of the getaway out of new York in 2020. may not do Norwegian anymore

NEVER AGAIN We have this ship booked for February and are trying to transfer to another ship. We are frequent Sapphire guests on NCL and have loved the Gem before, but it is time to get her a facelift and staff her appropriately. They can sell her but will continue to get bad reviews for the ship and the company. we heard them all over the ship. Very disappointing cruise!

Terrible Embarkation. Great Ship Experience. In the future I would avoid the Greek Ports, the costs of souvenirs was double than Italy/Montenegro & Croatia. For a senior citizen, to much climbing steps and mountains not disclosed in the excursion details.

We had the absolute worst experience of our lives on NCL. NCL gave us the WRONG itinerary with the words "VENICE" and were were late to disembark by 5 minutes. We called NCL many times, took a 3-hour train to Triste, and still missed the ship by 5 minutes, despite being told they would contact the ship and let them know about the delay. NCL is an irresponsible company that should take "Venice" off the written itinerary. This is deceptive, deceiving and we were not the only ones that had difficulty in arriving at the correct port. The facts are - Venice is over 3 hours away from Trieste, is not part of the province of Venice, nor is it associated in any way with Venice. We find it deceptive that NCL would leave Venice on the itinerary when the cruise line was told they are prevented from embarking or disembarking from Venice. We are asking for full compensation of over $5k in airfare, train, meals and taxis that our party of 5, (2 cabins) had to pay in order to meet up with the ship in Corfu, Greece. We have registered a formal complaint and will be submitting all receipts due to NCLs irresponsible behavior, lack of clarity and direction to their guest. PLEASE FILE THIS AS AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT

Very interesting part of the world, it was first trip to Croatia and I will go back.

Scary in the beginning but NCL pulled it off. Nice ship, good itinerary. Perfect and attentive staff.

The Norwegian GEM was a great ship and the staff were amazing!!! We got to know various members of the staff from bartenders, to wait staff, to the steward and cruise director assistant. Even got to talk to the Captain during a session which was very entertaining.

The ship was immaculate and the staff were top notch. We never needed or wanted for anything due to the staffing.

My first cruise. I shall be back. It is the best holiday experience

Sorry but not a very memorable one. To many children, not much for grown ups except drinking. Not sure why Turks and Caicos was cancelled as carnival had to issues getting into port. Best of all I got Covid on this non memorable vacation.

If travel without kids then the experience on this ship would be different.

Our first NCL cruise, had some hiccups, long wait line at embarking, moderate rough seas on way to first destination. Overall food was good both in restaurants and buffets. Staff was quite friendly at all times

We so enjoyed our Norwegian Gem experience and would love to sail with them again in the future. We have already shared our cruise experience with our extended family and have recommended the cruise to them.

-Ship was clean, staff very pleasant -Food and drinks were all very good. -Free wifi (75) mins is a joke! After paying for additional time it took 2 days to get it working on 2 devices. Wifi was not good at all. After the “free” 75 mins flys by, they will offer you another 75 mins for 100.00. Scroll down…. They then offer unlimited for 129.00 for the rest of the trip!!! -People turning their kids loose on the boat, Another Joke! -Everything is an up charge check your cabin charges daily! You will be surprised when they charge you to clean your cabin at 18.00 PER PERSON. Go complain before the last day or you will be in a mile long line. They did refund our cabin charge. -Norfolk VA, why bother, been better just cruising around, at least the Casino would have been open. -Duty Free shopping onboard? Waste of money. Not worth the paperwork you need to fill out when you get back. They charge retail plus for everything. Nothing is “reasonably priced”. Everything is marked up to full price. - It’s not enjoyable knowing you paid thousands upfront to then be charged additional for a bunch of things you “thought” should be included….. read the FINE print!

The cruise was our first after Covid. Felt safe since cruise capacity was much smaller. Drinks were good and not more expensive than usual.

4th time on the Gem. We had a great vacation and look forward to cruising again with Norwegian in the very near future.
