Overall our cruise experience was delightful! We had an excellent time. The few disappointments stood out, but didn't ruin the overall experience. Though I would like more clarity to the double charge for one of the specialty restaurants soon.

Overall it was Good..though I do have a couple of complaints. Wish there were more options of being able to take take out containers of food/beverages back to room at times..since dining is inclusive and paid for in advance.
Other than that- was very good.
*We also experienced being charged for a restaurant that we were told that we already paid for ahead of time Including taxed and gratituties....we had to pay it again on the ship..that was upsetting and I still don't understand that part as the explain given to me didn't make any sense. I will call customer service about that during the week.

Impeccable...except for 1 front desk person that checked us in at Grand Pacific main dining room...I believe his name is Danyel and he's from Haiti. He was a bit rude to my husband and I a few times and had an attitude with us for no reason...everyone else was excellent, courteous, attentive and wonderful

Our cabin was nice and clean. Our room attendant- Ms. Authorine..Harris from Jamaica was incredible and a pleasure!
Ship tip
Have extra money on your card that you keep on file..because you'll more than likely need it if you want extra things
taking food back to the room would be a disaster for a cruise ship. Firstly, people would overstock and the amount of waste would be incredible. Secondly, the rooms would be full of food which is a buffet for bugs and vermin. People would be also getting sick not knowing that leaving a sandwich for 3 days in your room will give you food poisoning.
