I have never been so disappointed by a Norwegian cruise. The lack of care and concern about the issues was incredibly disheartening.

Pools were closed for the first 3 days of the cruise then only partially filled with cold sea water that was never heated. Jacuzzis we’re over run with adults who made it clear that they did not want kids there. Staff was no help.

We bought the very expensive arcade package and 4 games didn’t work and we often got a “max play exceeded” message and whe. Approached staff they were no help. We paid for an unlimited arcade package!

Not what I expect from Norwegian. Cups from people and trash left here and there, had to clear your own tables often.
Cabin / Stateroom

The room was fine except that the phone was broken, they “fixed”it for one day and then it was broken again. Our safe was full of trash from the previous people, shower door was broken and fell in on me, shower head blew off the hose and I had to fix it.
Don't give up on NCL, instead give their Breakaway Plus sized ships a chance with your kids in tow...tons of water slides, go carts, play areas,etc to keep them out of the adult spas😉
