This was our 2nd cruise and both have been with Norwegian. We really enjoyed the Western Caribbean and would do it again, but during a different time of the year. Being aboard the largest cruise ship to date was a unbelievable experience. You hardly knew you were on a ship, even with the winds rocking the boat. There was so much to do, see, eat and drink that made it all worth while. We are already planning our next cruise. Thank you Norwegian for helping us create memories to last a lifetime!

This was my 1st cruise and I loved it! The staff was awesome. The shows were great! The contest and cruise director had us all laughing so hard! It was great!

Had a great time. Lots to do and Tyler the cruise director was awesome. The new tube water slide was great. Ropes course now has 2 zip lines which adds to the fun.

We can not wait for our next trip. We will book again and feel it’s the only way to travel. The cruise line was first class all the way. It was spotless and very clean. I’m excited to check out new other ships.

Everything was great. Just a little disappointed in our ports of call . But it was mother nature. Wish we would have been given option on ports. We love Norwegian cruise line's. Marian was great room steward. Guest services when called on phone always seemed a little irritable

I have been on 8 or 9 NCL cruises and many more on other lines. I have always considered NCL the best. However this cruise has changed my mind. Until they change their policies on extra charges I most likely will not choose NCL as my favorite line. Recent cruises on Viking has shown they understand the idea of a cruise being all inclusive. They are the line I would choose as the best. Also the itinerary was changed due to hurricane damage but I was not given a chance to cancel it. I am a Latitudes member. Perhaps most other problems were a result of the ship being too big to operate in a cost effective manner hence the extra charges

We booked this cruise because of Tortola, due to the hurricane the itinerary was changed. We were never given the option to change our itinerary, which was a disappointment. We have done the Western Caribbean itinerary many times and it is our least favorite so we would never have originally booked this one. I feel like NCL should have at least given us the option to postpone our cruise until the ports reopened or offered us switching to another ship, We normally cruise with another couple but this cruise it was just the two of us,

This was our first cruise. We chose it based on the facilities on board and the fact that it is a bigger, newer ship with water slides. We have nothing to compare it to but we had a fantastic, relaxing, fun vacation on this beautiful ship. The facilities are top notch. Food could be better in MDR at dinner time but the buffet was more than satisfactory. Ports were also excellent.

Fantastic, perfection, outstanding the absolute best!!!! Loved the ship, the cabin, best service, food was super delicious, balcony room was glorious, we would only sail with Norwegian!

Already planning a second cruise I loved everything from our first cruise, we plan on doing more of these in years to come. I really recommend everyone to try it

Considering we planned on the Eastern Caribbean and through no fault of cruise line- had to change to Western which we have been on many times. Very disappointed - waste of a flight to Miami ( we live in Tx) and all the ports were similar. We would have lost almost the whole cost of cruise -- we tried to cancel or reschedule but not cost effective an not willing to help us at all. Essentially was not a favorable time. Would have to really re think using this cruise line again. Plus charged us for drinks we never used from refrigerator. We had drink pkg so why would we even think about using drinks from fridge. Have tried to discuss with PR and basically said we used. NOT!!! After talking to others who used this line-- same things have happened . I noticed doors were left open to rooms while cleaning crew cart outside but no live person around. Makes me wonder if someone could easily grab stuff from fridge or from tables. Was very disconcerting. our dinner partners noticed similar incidences.

Great! For a large ship it didnt seem crowded at all. Very easy to navigate, no lines. Staff as friendly and helpful. Specility dinning at French Restaurant was the BEST. Meal!

We enjoyed for the most part the cruise, however, we started to get charged for somethings that were not explained. Not sure we will cruise with Norwegian again

entertainment was excellant.......service was fantastic......specialty dining was out of sight great.....room sucked....no sound insulation.......nobody around us could get any sleep.....complaint went nowhere....said first they heard of it....they need to good to the room nd stay 15 mins...then they can see what all of us went thru.....

I really enjoyed this ship & itinerary. The sea days were relaxing and there was plenty of seating at the pool. The excursions and port shopping were also good experiences. I would do it again. I would also sail with Norwegian's other cruises as well.

i loved this cruise. highly recommend. everything from the itinerary to the onshore activities were well worth the cost. great cruise for singles, couples and families

Adult pool is only until 5pm then children are allowed. Many restaurants/bar/lounges are closed for extended periods for ship sponsored seminars. Food in main dining area was adequate but service was spotty

This ship is not kid friendly. This was our first cruise with Norwegian and it sucked. The staff was unfriendly in every part of the ship. The pools were only open for kids after 7 pm. The food is limited on our....and not very good....I think because they want you to pay extra to upgrade to the places you have to pay $35 each for.

The cruise in general was absolutely perfect, we have been cruise before, but we have a blast this time, the cruise staff, the entertainment, the bars and restaurant everything was so good

Overall, we had a great experience on the Escape and would highly recommend it! The ship had many amazing features, the entertainment was outstanding, and the bars and food we found to be above average!
