Review summary

entertainment was excellant.......service was fantastic......specialty dining was out of sight great.....room sucked....no sound insulation.......nobody around us could get any sleep.....complaint went nowhere....said first they heard of it....they need to good to the room nd stay 15 mins...then they can see what all of us went thru.....

This as well as allot of other cabins are located under the Cafe with the Buffet...loud bangs and roller noises all night and day...every day.....cant sleep...ceiling has no sound insulation...everybody was complaining...went down to guest relations..they said first they heard of this...a couple two doors down went the day before to complain...they told them the same thing...do not book any cabin aft on the 15 floor...
