Review summary
Considering we planned on the Eastern Caribbean and through no fault of cruise line- had to change to Western which we have been on many times. Very disappointed - waste of a flight to Miami ( we live in Tx) and all the ports were similar. We would have lost almost the whole cost of cruise -- we tried to cancel or reschedule but not cost effective an not willing to help us at all. Essentially was not a favorable time. Would have to really re think using this cruise line again. Plus charged us for drinks we never used from refrigerator. We had drink pkg so why would we even think about using drinks from fridge. Have tried to discuss with PR and basically said we used. NOT!!! After talking to others who used this line-- same things have happened . I noticed doors were left open to rooms while cleaning crew cart outside but no live person around. Makes me wonder if someone could easily grab stuff from fridge or from tables. Was very disconcerting. our dinner partners noticed similar incidences.Embarkation

Don't go on this ship if you have any issues with smoking-- was absolutely awful. I have been on many cruises and the smoke was nauseating. I kept hearing people complain-- and had to walk through areas in midship to go from front to back.
