Layout of the ship is not that good. Fair quality of the food and the limited number of choices on the dinner menus in the two non-supplemental payment restaurants. We concluded that the reason why that was the case was due to the fact that NCL makes more money if more of its passengers pay extra for the specialty restaurants.

Great ship. Plenty of shows and activities to keep passengers entertained.

It was a nice ship but there were so many staterooms, the common areas seemed limited.

If this ship was supposed to be EPIC, I missed it. Ship is huge and the elevators/stairs only at each end make movement difficult. Food was non-remarkable matched only by minimal service in the restaurants. Getting a second cup of coffee in the morning was not going to happen! Staterooms were miniscule but balcony was large, though never cleaned! After using 3 other cruise lines, NCL was a major disappointment.

The ship is beautiful, the food on board is good quality and varied, the ports of call were excellent. The service was exceptional. Even though the ship was at full capacity, the staff always had a smile and a greeting.

For a first time cruise, my expectiations were exceeded.

Great service, Shanghai restaurant's food not too impress but service was great . Great entertainment, We had a wonderful time.

We did not like the "FreeStyle" Dining. We never built a repoir w/ the Dining Staff. Never had good tasting Beef, whether steaks nor Meat Loaf ... not once. Service was lacking in Dining rooms, State rooms, Guest Relations Desks, Excursions. We had a Family Balcony Staterooom on the 14th floor and they were cramped feeling. The new "wave" design in the rooms make for poor usage of space. The On-Board Entertainment was incredible, ie Blue Man Group and Cirque Dreams/Dinner.

The ship was beautiful, plenty of things to do, places to eat. The specialty restaurants were great! Saw Blue Man Group, Cirqui de Soleil, and Los Locos. Missed the dueling pianos and Legends, we only hd so much time. The ship is like brand new. Friendly staff. All ports were great.

I found the food at Cagney's amazing. However the food at "Manhattan" and "Taste" was just so so. The meat was dry (overcooked).

The ship was very clean with professional and courteous staff. Plenty of room to move around.

I really do not know what was so epic about the EPIC ship.

The Epic is a beautiful ship and the space is well planned in the public areas. The entertainment options available on this ship are beyond compare. If you sailed and didn't spend an evening in Fat Cat's with Slam and his band you really missed out on a great time. The spa was wonderful and full of relaxing options.

The Epic certainly lives up to its name. The cruise was very professional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The entertainment was excellent. The sailing was very smooth.

The Norwegian Epic is a floating hotel/restaurant/theater--nothing cute about the ship from the outside, but it's all there onboard. The decorations are some of the most modern I've seen on a cruise ship.
