We did not like the "FreeStyle" Dining. We never built a repoir w/ the Dining Staff. Never had good tasting Beef, whether steaks nor Meat Loaf ... not once. Service was lacking in Dining rooms, State rooms, Guest Relations Desks, Excursions.
We had a Family Balcony Staterooom on the 14th floor and they were cramped feeling. The new "wave" design in the rooms make for poor usage of space.
The On-Board Entertainment was incredible, ie Blue Man Group and Cirque Dreams/Dinner.

This was the high-light of the week. Our Grandson (2-1/2 yr old) looked forward to playing on the ship. Very organized, safe, friendly. Huge kudus here.

I've sailed approx 30 times on various ships and have never had so many opportunities to 'complain'. The Staff did try to correct problems, but for the reputation of this ship, you shouldn't have any complaints. Dining Staff always looked "tired" (aka grumpy).

Cabin / Stateroom

We had 3 staterooms for our family of 8; 1 had leaking toilet; 1 had strong urine smell (even after re-cleaning); 1 had poor shower installation causing constant standing water.
We all agreed that the rooms were cramped, possibly due to the new "wave" design, causing poor usage of limited space.
