Had a great time and would love to do another southern Caribbean cruise

We wanted to relax and feel the warm sun.. The sea days were perfect-- our balcony was perfect-- Spice 2O was fabulous! Food= fabulous. Can I go again?? BTW I sleep so good in a balcony room!

Great time ,services , ports ,Saint kitts was my favorite.

Allactivities and music in the pool. music inside the ship very boring, no place for dancing and we are not pool lovers

This was a really good turned basic cruise filled with high expectations, first time cruisers, home port locals, seasoned cruisers, and shall we say..... some racists (Wearing politically affiliated attire and/or refusing to wear masks helped them stand out). Throw in 3 canceled ports, a canceled show, a champagne toast, zero transparency and a staff at its breaking point, smiling through the insanity and you have our sailing! Some serious changes are needed.

Wonderful cruise and glad to be back on the seas - it had been too long! Can't wait to set foot on my next one!

This cruise was great until they forced us to Covid test with no symptoms. The staff was completely unprepared to deal with Covid positive cases. We’ve been sent to a hotel room with no access to any fresh air. The hotel will not allow us to leave our room. We cant open a window, and have no balcony. We are stuck in a room fully dependent on hotel staff. It’s taken 3 days for NCL to reach out to us. Complete nightmare.

Overall had a great time. Capacity was at less than half for this ship, so lots of extra attention from the crew, available dining options with no lines, and lots of extra alcohol for those of us with the beverage package. :) Bummed that Priscilla wasn't showing, but the itinerary was busy enough (5 ports, 1 sea day) that we were worn out early on most nights anyways. Crew were warm, friendly, and added to the festive atmosphere with their hats and songs.

I would not recommend this particular itinerary. I don’t speak Spanish, and we thought the entertainment was not enough about the season and Too much Spanish. Marriott’s representative was horrendous.

Great itinerary, needed vacation after 2 years of burnout and isolation. Appreciate NCLs 100% Vaccination policy--more of industry should do this, including airlines.

There was no smoking area that was not totally clear of rain during those sunshowers. Smokers have only 2 places on the Epic, none of which is totally out of the weather elements .

We were so exasperated from the arduous flight - going and especially returning - that it put a pall on the overall experience. Food and on board crew were great but the going and coming back ruined the trip. Much unlike our other NCL experiences.

We had a blast on the Epic. I think it helped that it was not at full capacity. We never had to wait for a table for dinner or buffet. We were spoiled. With the exception of the overcrowded Thermal Suite and the terrible DJs, we loved our experience. The staff were all helpful and friendly and the ship was super-clean!

Relaxing fun entertaining cruise without the crowds. Didn’t over do it with a lot of excursions, just walked around the local port areas, shopped and had some local food or relaxed on the beach. Great cruise. Highly recommend

While I understand COVID limitations made things different, I find it unforgivable that they failed to notify parents of teens of the closure of the teen center and their failure to offer options for the teens that would cost them nothing such as free arcade play. It was also incredibly boring evenings on sea days because they shut venues down so early. All we wanted to do at one point was dance and we had no options other than packing in near the live performers in the bar areas which is worse for Covid protocol than opening up the Bliss Lounge for dancing.

Relaxing cruise. Haven experience was top-notch.

In essence, we feel betrayed by Norwegian's abusive demeanor and omnipotent behavior.. Lack of communication was the name of the game. They kept us passengers in the dark as much as possible. First so we would board the ship and not cancel. We were not told of Italy's restrictions or Turkey's not allowing the ship in. Once on board, we were at their mercy. One of the main entertainment shows didn't happen. Although offerd and we paid for it, not sure they ever planned to show it. Never heard from NCL anything about it. Then one day, the advertised duty free shopping shops charged us 24% in taxes.. Found out in my invoices when we got to the room.

I strongly advise people to think long and hard about cruising while restrictions due to covid are in place. You have to be tested several times for the cruise by cruise personnel. Ports are closed. Bars are restricted with no seating at the bars. More difficult for socializing. This is the only cruise I've taken out of over a dozen with different cruise lines that I didn't enjoy at all.

Loved cruising again! It wasn’t the itinerary that was as important to us as the onboard experience. We encountered a lot of rain during the first part of the cruise so I would suggest thinking twice about visiting that area past the middle of October. But we enjoyed our trip very much in spite of the weather.
