NCL excursion. Because of large bus could not tour Cannes, but excursion went to San Raphael. Suppose to have an hour to “shop” but there were no shops open - it was November and not tourist season. Guide said it was a bathroom break and a place to maybe have a coffee. Excursion was misrepresented, in my opinion.

Excursion guide was not good - no microphone and couldn’t hear him. Said we had an hour free time which turned out to be 30 minutes.
