Latino cruise, couldn’t understand the music, we would have liked more Christmas themes. we felt somewhat displaced.

Review summary

I would not recommend this particular itinerary. I don’t speak Spanish, and we thought the entertainment was not enough about the season and Too much Spanish. Marriott’s representative was horrendous.

The maid that cleaned our room and the greeters standing in front of the Garden Cafe was pleasant and delightful. I encountered many service personnel that was rude.

The sanitation process was remarkable. I felt safe and sanitized at all times with no fear of ANY infection or disease.

Cabin / Stateroom

My cabin was changed from 8140 which had a better balcony view. My view required standing in order to see the ocean. My husband nor I can stand very long. Disappointing but not Norwegian’s fault, downgraded by a third party.

The authorized taxi that we took for sightseeing put his lunch $23 on our lunch check and when asked him about it; he simply said how much was it. No refund or apology.
