This cruise was great until they forced us to Covid test with no symptoms. The staff was completely unprepared to deal with Covid positive cases. We’ve been sent to a hotel room with no access to any fresh air. The hotel will not allow us to leave our room. We cant open a window, and have no balcony. We are stuck in a room fully dependent on hotel staff.
It’s taken 3 days for NCL to reach out to us. Complete nightmare.

Embarkation included a detour to the Convention center for Covid testing. Once complete, we were bussed back to the pier. Security line was very slow. However once we got through security, check in was very quick since he had a Haven Suite.

We mostly are at Haven Restaurant. The menu was the same everyday, but was very good. We tried Bistro, but food was mediocre. My steak was way over cooked .

We upgraded to suite 11321- Haven aft. Beautiful room.
Horrible. We tested positive for Covid. He were escorted off with 5 people in Haznat suits. No one knew where our luggage was. We were placed on a bus to be transferred to a hotel. We waited 3 hrs on the bus so that NCL could coordinate with Sheraton. Total nightmare.
Update please? I was on NYE on Carnival Mardi Gras & embarkation was wonderful. Why in the world were you tested for Covid? Prayers all ended better than it sounds.
