We had great weather, very good Itinerary for our 11 Night Cruise. Ship's crew and staff did a very good job. Ship's design and layout were not to our liking (but that is us). Some other cruisers enjoyed the room designs. Entertainment was very good, they just need to organize better. I was disappointed at being charged taxes on our Free drinks while in San Juan.

Very good, no lines, smooth boarding process. We arrived at 12:50 to start the embarkation.

Food and Dining

Manhattan Dining room was excellent. Burn the Floor cast performed twice while we were there. Excellent service and good food. Taste dining room was very good too. We really enjoyed Cagney's steak house and the Japanese restaurant. The buffets were good. Overall food was good. Our complaint would be that dining was very slow. Some meals were 2 hours or more.
Onboard Activities

Pools were small, hot tubs were very good. We did not use the fitness center, rock walls, or water slides.
Entertainment

The shows we saw were good. It was hard to get a seat at the shows.

Ship was clean. We just did not care for the Balcony room design, or the layout of the ship.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was small compared to other cruise line balcony cabins. Design and layout were weird. There was a lot of storage. Balcony was nice. Bed was short.
Ship tip
If you like the Itinerary, don't let the ships design keep you from going on this ship.
WE enjoyed all of our ports. We did 5 excursions and liked them all. Other islands we got off the ship and hired cabs on our own or just walked around.
