Review summary

I liked the food, the music, the shows i attended, the excursions, the attentions of all the staff. I was not pleased to see such an elderly person in a wheelcair and with oxygen. I was worried. My boyfriend got sick and did nt receive medical assistance because of the high cost of it. It was very unpleasant to see sick people coughing and sneezing on top of other without covering themselves. I suggest that you provide a elevator for disabled people in a wheelchair. I was hit by wheel chairs inside the elevator. I would like the captain's message to always be offered by the speaker in spanish and english.

The taste of the food was exquisite. The juices were very diluted and had no flavor. Except apple juice. I didnt no like the spicy of some foods that were not labeled warning that it was spicy.

Everyone's service was excellent.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
I felt that there were not enought common areas for such a high number of guests on such a long trip. The pools are very small. The common areas were clean. The elevators were dirty and smelly.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The cabin was clean, organized and comfortable

Ship tip

I would recommend that you bring medications for somach prblems and strong colds. I would also recommend that you be willing to enjoy all the anxieties offered by the cruise

Which San Juan did you go to lier? and your English is horrible written. Next time stay home looks like you are from PR that’s why you are talking so bad about your own island, shame on you, by the way San Juan is beautiful and very clean. Troll

Oh! Was this your first cruise? I've never has any problems with senior citizens or handicapped people in wheelchairs on any of my cruises! Sometimes I've experance a lot of young kids running around, but hay thats just part of familys that travel on cruises! I'm book on the Epic out of San Juan on March! I'll be sure to write a review on my experance with NCL since this will be my first Timor with them!
