Review summary

2 years ago, went to the Dawn. Liked it. Took Cruise Next, became Latitudes Member, Reserve 2 future Cruise; they just don't study the kind of passenger on board . Very frustrated for my wife, sad.

Embarkation

Terrible, unforgettable, worst in life.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
They have the best food. The steaks, awesome.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
No outside activities for us. Just seeing movies, shows and walk.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Priscilla Queen of the Desert and Burn the floor. 4,000 passengers and a tiny theater. Just incredible the bad ergonomic form inside ship. Now I know why they didn't built another Epic style ship.

Children's Programs

No children.

Service and Staff

2 out of 5
Stewardess, waiters, maids and Washy, Whashy, great!! Guest Service: Sucks. I'll fired the Guest Service Manager. Is him, not the hostess. I've never saw him. 6 times to complain about my account. Errors thru errors. Last day, at last, seems they fixed it. $70.00 debt and was covered. Out of the ship, everything alright. (Only leaving because disembarking was another nightmare). After 2 days, I have negative $1,600.00 debt in my account!!!!! They are a joke, unprofessional, inexpert, terrible, foolish, and unhelpful people. Only Sebastian, and another kindly woman understood. Easy: My wife gave her credit card as deposit for $800.00. That was until my pension were deposited in my account because I was the one who going to pay all. When that happens, I pay $1,500.00 to cover the $800.00 and the service charge of them. Refund the $800.00 to the credit card of my wife, pay the service charge (like $330.00) and stay with a credit. Great! They did it! I saw my credit daily in my account and how it was going down per things we bought. Last time I saw the credit, was like $400.00. Ok, here starts We bought a Britto for $1,930.00, they charge it and my wife wanted to pay that apart with her credit card. Disaster. The $400.00 credit disappeared , a debt of $1,600.00 appears and no one knows. They blocked my key card for the drinking package 4 times, a thing that had been paid in advance with my cruise. The cruise from hell. I almost put my bed in guest service. At this time, the guest service manager never showed off. I was guest service manager for 11 years inan utility office in Puerto Rico, and this kind of thing only the manager can fixed them. My employees call me after a customer came at the third time to the office. Ok. Apparently the last time I went there all was solve. The last day of the Cruise had only $70.00 in debt and was covered. If you don't pay a debt in a cruise, they won't lay you getting out. And the exit bell rings!!! I'm free at last, no debts!! All fixed!!!! And after 2 days appear again a debt of $1 thousand and something. More than angry, I'm frustrated.

Ship Quality

Decks 5,6,7, forward, are the entertainment. Backwards quite. Elevators empty, no noise, perfect. Forward: elevators always full, the main atrium (without stairs to go to the second floor!), Only two rows of elevators; in front and back. 4,000 passengers to only to rows of elevators, an "Epic Theater" (that which called tiny theater) with only one floor and to go to seats in the corner, you have to go thru all the full line of people because only had an entrance. Not one in both corners

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Plenty of space for the things. But best of all, Kadec save the trip

Ship tip

The medium of age in this ship was 70 years and up. If we're back, had to walk a lot to entertainment. You can use golf cars.
