First, that's why you always buy medical insurance. Second, go buy some cold medicine in port. Use some common sense.

It’s always important to have a comprehensive travel insurance policy that includes medical insurance and medical evacuation coverage.

We always purchase insurance. It paid for itself earlier this year when our (grown) son got an infection due to second degree sunburn and blistering. Best couple hundred we spent. And can you imagine if you had to be airlifted for something?
