Very bad itinerary. Nice ship. However, there was a lot of issues on the ship - miscommunication, long lines to get things done, etc.

to quote my hard to please teenagers. "Best Vacation Ever Mom. Can we do this again?"

The cruise was well worth the wait after being cancelled for 2 years.

If you haven’t gone to glaciar hay make sure you go before it disappears. Magical place.

Overall, great experience get on NCL Encore. With the pandemic still around, wish NCL still have the Test before on board. Exclusion Victoria can be scheduled longer and better.

THE ABOVE AND BEYOND STAFF WAS A LADY THAT WAS ABLE TO GET US AN EXCURSION TO BUTCHART GARDENS WHEN WE GOT OFF THE BOAT, I BELIEVE SHE WAS AN NCL REP AND THE SHUTTLE DRIVER AT VICTORIA ALL WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. EVERYONE ELSE ON THE BOAT WAS VERY PLEASANT AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP. SAFE TO SAY WE GOT EVERYTHING DONE THAT WE WANTED TO DO

It was wonderful, the ship is gorgeous!!! The food was delicious and it had many healthy options.

Overall great experience and wonderful time. Boat was clean and accessible. Thought there could have been more on board activities for kids that didn’t have cost but overall great family vacation

The cruise was great and had an excellent time. It’s a great easy way to see Alaska. Just be wary about port times since some you are not in it for long. As well as the lack of entertainment offered on a ship that needs things to do in the evening besides the casino.

This is my second time cruising with NCL the first time was in a small ship I had an interior cabin I was miserable there wasn’t anything to do this time I was on a big ship with a balcony and I loved it I did get sick with about three days left so I was grateful that I had a view. It was plenty of entertainment that you didn’t have to pay extra for I loved the observation deck great views it was an expensive trip but if I had the money I would do it again

Overall it was a wonderful trip - had a great time on the Encore and visiting the ports

It was great overall. Would love to do another Norwegian cruise. Announcements were hard to hear and understand.

Beautiful ship with wonderful staff! This cruise was only at 60% capacity so it was easy to get tickets for shows and tables for meals. The staff to passenger ratio was probably close to 1:1. Lots of training being done.

The food was the best on this cruise compared to two other NCL cruises. The tenders at the surf bar were arrogant and rude. These were the only staff I struggled with. Tenders at the Wave were amazing. They would be three deep with customers and still faster than the surf and a lot friendlier and helpful. Something needs to be done about the touchless toilets, they’re disgusting. Ship was very clean. How you can take captain Morgan off the bar menus is horrible. Not sure why the garden cafe closes at all, found this annoying. So many wonderful things about the cruise and three or four terrible things, captain Morgan, toilets, closing the cafe and staff at the surf bar, embarkation were the only negatives.

Great to be back cruising! No mask requirement was FANTASTIC!!!! Thank you NCL staff for your hard work & efforts making a very enjoyable vacation for our family!

I enjoyed the stops. The cruise was ok. It isn’t something that I loved or hated. They were unorganized every time it was time to get off the ship I wouldn’t do Norwegian again.

Our original cruise was cancelled due to damage to the ship prior to leaving, so we had an option of taking this crusie instead of cancelling. This cruise ended up to be a wonderful surprise! We had a great time, a few hiccups, but the crew is great, the ship is beautiful and their spa was wonderful! Will do it again! Love it!

The ship is new and clean Food is good Port of call - British VI could have more hours on the island

We enjoyed the cruise though in Tortola and Puerto PLata you need to bok excursios, otherwise not much to see, Tortola was 7am-1pm so doing anything interesting withough far of missing all aboard was really not possible, Puerto PLata is essentially a third world city so make sure you have secure transport to wherever else you go.
