Review summary

The food was the best on this cruise compared to two other NCL cruises. The tenders at the surf bar were arrogant and rude. These were the only staff I struggled with. Tenders at the Wave were amazing. They would be three deep with customers and still faster than the surf and a lot friendlier and helpful. Something needs to be done about the touchless toilets, they’re disgusting. Ship was very clean. How you can take captain Morgan off the bar menus is horrible. Not sure why the garden cafe closes at all, found this annoying. So many wonderful things about the cruise and three or four terrible things, captain Morgan, toilets, closing the cafe and staff at the surf bar, embarkation were the only negatives.

Overall the ship was clean. The public restrooms were terrible due to the touchfree toilets. They are disgusting. Never flush properly and no way to manually flush.

Cabin / Stateroom

Not sure you can make the balcony any smaller. Room was nice, tidy and well designed. Cabin steward was excellent.
