Extremely Slow. Enforcing the embarkation time you were given would help. The option to complete your forms online would help. Who has a pen with them...and two full sheets of paper for each guest? Going digital might speed the process. Why did we need to take pictures of each person in our party when we had to get them re-taken?

Room Stewart was amazing. Always friendly & the room was so clean when he left. The food service staff was always friendly and busy cleaning up behind everyone.

What forms were you filling out during embarkation?
I did the online check-in for my 14day In January, so there wasn't a lot of forms to fill out. Just at the counter when we verified our -COVID & singed in for NCL testing. But that was it, it only took an hour from arrival to boarding.
Have things changed that much since January??
