The ship is amazing, the entertainment for the children was great. The service in the Manhattan restaurant and the Italian restaurant was VERY slow and at times disorganized. I've cruises before on other cruise ships and the highlight of our trip was always exceptional service in the restaurants.
Maltings Bar is the place to hang out outdoors for breakfast while watching the sunrise. It's mid-ship also lends to less rocky experience during turbulent weather.
Do not miss the Le Cirque show, and make sure you get a table close to the dancing floor at the Manhattan Room, so you can enjoy the half hour performance of Burn the Floor, while having dinner.
Don't book a room in the front of this ship, who ever designed it forgot to but the elevators and steps in front, have to walk half the ship to get to them, but other then that it's a Beautiful ship.
Read the daily paper you get to see what there is to do that day. Also look at what locations offer breakfast and lunch as you don't have to go to the buffet everyday.
The Cirque Fantasy Dinner Show was SUPERB! Highly recommend it--get in line early to get a good seat.
Did not stop at Great Stirrup Cay due to bad weather conditions so that was a disappointment
The Uptown Grill has its act together. Order your custom burger, get a number, and sit down and relax until they bring it to you. Don't miss Lex Getrex and the Creole Cooking Band.
The staff was very kind, helpful, friendly always smiling. The Atrium is too small for popular activities. Chairs too large, most people have to stand, including elderly with canes and wheelchairs. Company's Mandatory % of gratuities. This should be added to the cost of the trip.
When ordering food from any of the restaurants (complimentary) - you can tailor the food to meet your dietary needs. Do not be afraid to ask. Shanghai Noodle Bar is one of the best meals and they are extremely friendly - go after 6:30pm if you do not want to wait.
O'Sheehan's great bar, great dining area for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You can eat right at the bar with a nice menu of selections. Bartenders were great there, especially the 3 mentioned above.
