Overall we had a good time. This cruise was about us getting together with family. It would not have been our choice but it was put together by our daugter so we went for them.

This was our first cruise, and it was a good experience. Embarkation was the rockiest part of the whole week - it got better once we got on the ship! Our favorite parts were the excursions - we were not sure if we should have booked one at each port, but as it turned out, we were glad we did (although some seemed fairly pricey). Great selection of food and entertainment.

We had a really amazing time celebrating our anniversary. Wonderful memories. Looking forward to my next NCL cruise.

Turned 30, only previous sailed on the Sun in suites and wanted to experience the Haven.

2 complaints - smoking in the casino - even though you were supposed to be playing at the time of smoking many people were not - smoke wafted through all 3 decks - smoking at pool side inside a room that was vented by open windows to the rest of the area - nasty buffet set up left much to be desired - congested 90% of the time - no real flow

It was a nice relaxing cruise but I feel like at times there was not much to do. I was also traveling with my 92 year old mother so I was limited as to what she would enjoy doing.

The ship itself was great, needs a second pool, too small too many people Staff were great not so happy with the client services people

I wasn’t happy! I was so excited to go and just let down when we were there!

The Group of people we met made the cruise a blast. But I had to go to customer service 3 times for over charging me and my wife. That was a total of 4 hours solving problems that should of been spent laying around at pool side.

- overall, it was an ok cruise. would've preferred to see all the ports on itinerary but because of weather and emergency (something no one can control), we ended up spending most of the vacation at sea. - hard to get reservations to preferred restaurants because of restaurant size and seating capacity. ran out of lobsters at ocean blue (not sure how - is it poor planning?) - everything feels a la cart/upcharge

Because of the cancellation of the two ports, we received a $100 compensation to expend that money during same trip. It really did not compensated the level of disappointment that we had. In this cases the management team should what something planning. More activities, a meeting to explain what the option was taken or at least be sure that the communication was properly delivered. My recommendation will be. Not to cruise during the hurricane season in The Caribbean.

Wish the NCL CEO would had been on that cruise. I usual like NCL but that ship has my worst rating ever and it needs a big improvement to get this crew back on track. I am not to picky but we had so many issues that we never experienced in one cruise all together. Well if you look up the rating of other Guests you will see that i am not alone and also not over critical with that ship or what i expect. This is an ongoing issue. NCL Managers i know you can do better, please step in.

Would never do it again with NCL. We cruise at least once a year and I think we'll stick with RCL for all future cruises.

We have cruised 8 times with other cruise lines. September 2019 was the first with Norwegian. Will probably never again, unless they start treating all guests equally. We paid including taxes and tips around 3000.00, yet in order to enjoy a fancy decent meal, we had to Pay for the fancier restaurants. THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!!! AND I AM FURIOUS ABOUT THIS!!!!!!, ROSA OSBORN

Had a great time! Enjoyed all the crwe members we met. Both Servers/ Bar tenders Room attendant. Everyone was always happy and smiling. Thank you for making this a great vacation.
