Embarkation

Cruise debarked on a Coast Guard inspection date so we were delayed in the Haven terminal waiting area and it was packed! Could've been worst, it was just boring standing around when we arrived early.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food was perfect. We ate in the Manhattan room once and we delighted when a Haven concierge escorted us past everyone in a line that was back up to the noodle bar. Ocean Blue did not disappoint! The lobster tail and steak were cooked perfectly and were so juicy. The appetizers are enough to inspire us to return. While docked one afternoon, we enjoyed Margaritaville. The Cheeseburgers and Nachos were great and the cocktail selection is unique and tropical. Being that we had the Haven, it seemed not well worth the cost. We mostly ate in the Haven restaurant and although the menus don't change, the quality of food is prime. It's difficult to not over indulge at each meal since you find yourself wanting to sample every menu item. Either way, the food and service is five star.

Ship Quality

The employees are often on their hands and knees scrubbing baseboard at night. They keep the ship very clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

The Haven Spa suite was spacious, clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The AC kept the room ice cold and the spa next to the bed is so fun. However, the spa air jets are loud when turned on though and the balconies are not the biggest.
